i am also suffering from same situation as you are . but all we can do is invest it in something productive. just do something wich makes you grow. try share marketing . leran about it . there are plenty of videos on you tube if you are interested i can share some links to you . where you can leran . try yoga . try journaling. I was taking therapy and my therapist suggested me these things . don't think much about what will happen think how I am going to spend my day today evry morning. live evry day set a routine for yourself and your growth. trust me you are going to make it .

go to learnvern.com there qre plenty of courses there ...it is free and if you need a certificate then it's within 1000 rs . it is a gov affiliated site so the certificates may help you and they also support for job and to build your resume. you can also leran about share marketing which can bring a great income . you can leran about share market on lernvern.com .I am going through similar situations as yours. but all we can do is upskill ourself .trust me I have little bit experience in the industry. earn as much certification as you can on this site so you can show it to the recruiters. hope this will help you 😊
