The sun was high and blazing brightly through Ashley's window. She groaned in annoyance as her alarm went off, five more minutes she said sleepily and turned her alarm off and fell back asleep. Five minutes later, the alarm goes off again. Ok, ok I'm up, Ashley said, stretching and yawning "let's get this day started," she mumbled to herself once dressed, Ashley went downstairs and poured her cereal, and her milk then began to eat. Morning Noah Ashley said he nodded and ate his breakfast right needed the both of you to go to the shops and buy groceries, luke the father said the two nodded he gave Ashley the "money and the list of stuff," they needed, and they left the house in silence why don't you leave the gang Noah? Ashley asked him. Because I don't want to, he said as they made it to the shops and began getting the food and home items they required, once out, they began to walk back with bags of shopping when they went by an "alley way, Noah saw his gang members," run he said and Ashley did she looked back and saw Noah go off with the gang members.

Ashley made it home but dropped the bags as she saw her home on fire and gasped, she ran into the burning building and began to look for her parent's mum, dad. She called no answer she didn't see her dad anywhere "she is only ten," and was afraid. When she saw her mother dead on the floor she screamed. She decided to run away from the house. Furthermore, she ran as fast as she could once, she found an abandoned house, she decided this was now my home. Not only that, but she had skills at a young age. So, she quickly started tidying and cleaning the place. She will get her revenge by finding out who set her house on fire, and she won't give up until she gets her answers.

five years have now past, and Ashley is fifteen. She has a nice house from two years ago and is still in search for those who burnt and murdered her mother. She has not heard from her brother or dad. I will find those idiots who burnt my childhood home. She said to herself as she packed the necessary things to take while she searched the area. Ashley grabbed her phone as well and then walked out of her house, locking the door, then hid the keys very well. She then went on her way. She noticed people behind her, she had this unsettling feeling.

Suddenly, the men behind her grabbed her, "hey get off me," Ashley shouted and kicked the one in his chest. He moaned from the blow of the kick, but the other man still had a tight grip on Ashley's arms until she full on headbutted him, and he went straight down on the two the hard concrete floor. The other man got back up and went to punch her, but Ashley was quick enough to duck from the swing of the punch, and she then punched the man and kicked him back down and both men were out cold.

Ashley saw an ID card on both men and took them, then she quickly left before the men woke up again, once she was far away, she looked at the ID cards. Jack Malcolm head of a gang called troublemakers and the other one said Luka john also a gang member of troublemakers! Ashley put the ID cards away. I can't believe I still haven't found anything besides theses ID cards from the "men I knocked out," Ashley said to herself I wonder if I will find my father and brother anytime soon Ashley said to herself.

She was near a shop, so she quickly went inside and began to look for any "strange activity," when she saw a man in a black hoodie acting suspicious, Ashley pretended not to see him and the man came up to her and quickly put a letter in her pocket, then ran away. Ashley ran after him out the shop "hey you come back here," she shouted but he was gone Ashley had enough and went back to her house once inside she out her bag back on its hook.

She then took the letter out of her pocket it had her name on it, she decided to do herself a cup of tea before opening the letter that the man put in her pocket. Ashley made her tea with three sugars then sat on her sofa she put her cup down on the coffee table then opened the letter.

Dear Ashley Colins when you're reading this I will be far away, I hope you are doing well I know you don't know where I am, but I hope to see you soon. if you don't know who this is its your brother Noah I know where dad is, and he is not who you think he is I have left the gang after two years, but they are after me and you we need to get together and figure out a plan meet me at this address sincerely Noah.

Ashley nodded to herself as she put the letter in her bag, as it has got the address for her to go to, she decided to leave "tomorrow morning as she is very busy at home," Ashley decided to go through her notebooks that she has written about her findings and how she will get her revenge on those who burnt her home and killed her mother.

It was about half past two in the evening, so Ashley made herself dinner, once she finished eating, she decided to have "a quick shower," then got in her pyjamas and cosy up in her bed soon enough Ashley drifted to sleep.

The next day Ashley was up and dressed she had breakfast then grabbed her bag and phone and left the house after locking it up, she decided to take the train Ashley boarded the train that goes to Manhattan city and find where her "brother lives," Ashley looked out the window until the ticket man asked for her ticket once that was sorted. The man left her to it Ashley was planning her revenge in her head until the train came to her stop, and she excited the train, she began to walk and walk.

Once she made it to the address that was on the letter she knocked the door, the door opened revealing a tall and slim young man brown hair, green eyes Ashley is that really you! The man asked surprise Ashley nodded come in we have so much to talk about he said and lets her in closing the door behind her. Are you sure that you really are my brother Noah? Ashley asked eyebrows furrowed in suspicion Noah nodded ok what was the last thing you said to me before you disappeared? She questioned him.

You asked me why don't you leave the gang Noah he repeated, and I said because I don't want to, he said, Ashley nodded that's right Ashley said ok I believe you now what do you know about dad? Ashley asked Noah. You may want to sit down for this Noah said they did what you know about dad in our younger years its not who you think he is Ashley.

Noah said in a worried tone, please tell me everything Ashley said to Noah who nodded his face turned serious, it all started when we was about five he began when I first saw dad with some other woman, he said with a look of disgust on his face when they saw me they forced me to keep my mouth shut dad then kicked me out of his and mums bedroom.

After that day I found out he was robbing houses and killing good and innocent people then when I was fifteen, I mixed with the wrong crowed and I wasn't proud of it but now that I left they are after me and after you dad sent me this letter and told me that it was him who set the house on fire and murdered our mum.

Once he finished explaining Ashley was mad and angry when I see him, he is going straight to the police and getting arrested she said Noah nodded in agreement I have some friends that are willing to help and keep you from getting hurt he said Ashley nodded.

Ok Ashley said and sighed I can't believe he would do this, Ashley said angry, she stood up and stamped her one foot which has her cowboy boot with a heel on the floor which made Noah "jump in surprise," sorry she said to him but I am really angry at our dad she said and sighed he is going to pay the price Noah said just as his door knocked Noah lets them in Ashley these are my friends he said she nodded, and they introduced themselves to her. The one with ginger hair is called Tom the next man to Noah is like a father figure to him, he has Brown eyes and brown hair his name is James he is about 30 years old, so she smiled warmly to him I've lived on my own for fifteen years she said Jack nodded he killed her she said, and I want him in jail Noah said and scowled.

Jack went up to Ashley and Noah and put the two teens in his arms as a hug he will be jailed eventually, he said reassuringly to the two Ashley nodded and sighed. What if he escapes prison? She asked worried then he will be sent to a better prison with more security he said strongly.

Ashley nodded have you been to school at all? He asked both shook their heads you both need education to so instead, we will get the police to find him, and you both need a "guardian to look after you and guide," you Jack said Ashley nodded you can come live with me he said I will pack my things then Ashley said do you want me to help you? Jack asked kindly if you like to I normally d things on my own! Ashley exclaimed to Jack who nodded, sometimes it's best to have a little bit of help.

Jack said softly Ashley thought about what he just said and smiled ok she said and together they went in his car, and he drove back to her house that she fixed when she was only ten Jack face was impressed. I ran away when I found mother dead when the house was on fire and I found it abandoned, so I fixed it up I was only ten, but I done it all on my own Ashley said softly.

Jack nodded I'm very impressed at your skills he said Ashley smiled thanks she said and got out of the car and took Jack in her house I will do my room, Ashley said you can start with the kitchen she said. Jack nodded and went into the kitchen while Ashley went up to her room, I can't believe they have been through so much no parents to watch and guide them.

Jack thought to himself he is a single man but always wanted children to raise, he decided that when this is all over, he will adopt them and bring them up the way he was brought up. Ashley began packing her clothes in her suitcase first I can't "Believe it a kind man he is like a father," to Noah and he cares about me maybe one day he will adopt us. Ashley thought as she packed all her belongings after she finished packing her room up, she went to all the other rooms and finished doing them.

Once they finished packing, they put it all in the back of his car talking happily, they then got into the car and Jack drove to the street he was on. Times square once he parked in his driveway, he unlocked the door and together, they brought all her stuff into the house what are you into? He asked as they were putting stuff away.

Well, I love musicals like Alexander Hamilton, high school musical even movies like Wednesday Addams you know. she said Jack nodded. And smiled I enjoy a good musical he said making Ashley smile, Noah loves football he said as they worked together to tidy everything up while getting to know each other.

It was evening when Noah showed up with his stuff any room for one more? He asked the two nodded, and helped Noah put his stuff away and "talked about everything," I don't know about you to but I'm hungry Jack said happily us to Noah said smiling, so how about a takeaway Jack said Ashley and Noah nodded.

They were in the living room talking about their dad, I have already called the police and told them, Jack said Ashley and Noah nodded they have gone on a search for him now and when they find him, he will be taken away.

Ashley smiled softly at Jack then at her brother right I will enrol you in a high school that I went to Jack said smiling at the two. Happily, what if they don't like us? Noah asked worrying well if they give you any kind of "problem tell me and I will teach them a lesson about bullying," besides I have had my fair share of bullying he said really! Ashley and Noah said in surprise.

Oh yes, Jack said remembering the times he stuck up for himself and got praised by the head teacher for it, how did you handle the bullying? Ashley asked well I did a "punch or two making it clear that they can't bully me that easy," he said chuckling oh which reminds me you are allowed to wear normal shoes, but you have to get uniform so lets go he said and the three left to his car and went to a school shop they got the uniform and bags then returned home as it was getting late.

So, Jack wished the two goodnight and sent them off to bed, Ashley went to her room which isn't decorated yet, but will be soon a school where "I can actually learn things," Ashley thought happily she got ready for bed and fell straight asleep.

Jack decided to check on Ashley and Noah, so he went upstairs and went I Ashley's plain room and saw her sound asleep he smiled he then went to Noah room and saw him awake can't sleep? Jack asked him Noah nodded, I'm excited to learn but also worried that I won't make friends he said Jack chuckled I'm sure you will make friends just don't mix with the wrong crowed he said Noah nodded and Jack left him to rest, Jack retired to bed and relaxed until he fell asleep.
