"We are currently at the gas station where the incident occurred this morning. A school van carrying seven students of Oakfield High caught fire when one of the student used her phone unintentionally. Six out of seven escaped the vehicle with the help of the driver, unfortunately one was unable to make it because it was too late and the van was completely ablaze. The student was Cole Hobey age 15, being the only child of the family, his parents committed suicide shortly after receiving the news. According to the doctors he died due to 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Others escaped with minor injuries and are being treated at the city hospital.
