Emma hurriedly boarded the bus, clutching her bag tightly.

*Phew* Finally got the bus, I had almost missed it.
As she settled into a seat, exhaustion washed over her, and her eyelids grew heavy.
Meantime, a guy casually sat beside her.

*glances at the guy and speaks to herself* Ah, I am going to fall asleep, I should take a small nap

*asleep* Zzz..zzzzz...ZZ..ZZ.
When Emma woke up, her eyes widened with horror as she realized her hard-earned money was missing.

*Startled* Where's the money... all my savings for the semester has been stolen... what do I do now. *sigh*
Emma suspects that the thief might be the guy who was sitting beside her.

*at police station* Excuse me, I would like to register a theft complaint. My purse is stolen which had 1000 dollars cash.
With teary eyes, Emma stands still wondering how'd she pay the college fees as she had no money left with her.

Hey Emma what happened to you? Why are you crying?
Emma
m…my money got stolen.… *sobs*

Don't worry I got your back, we will catch the culprit. I will lend you the money, you can return me later.
Emma
Thank you Ket.. I need it to pay my semester fees, I promise I will work hard and pay it back to you.
Keturah
Oh girl, please stop! What are friends for.. Okay see you in the college, bye.
Emma is walking to the college, when she suddenly notices a group of thugs is hitting a guy.
To her surprise, she figures out it's the same guy who stole her money.
*Emma runs towards the group of thugs*

Hey what are you all doing? Why are you hitting him?

You should be thankful I did not hand you over to cops after stealing my hard-earned money.

You stole my money, I came to help you, and you are still being ungrateful, huh? I should have let you get hit by those thugs

So why did you come and help me? Did I ask you for it? If you want to hand me over to the cops, do it I don't care.

*tears start rolling down her face*

It was my semester fees.. *sobs*
