Lore and Yagasuki managed to put beast in a sleep and now they are experimenting with his blood.

Lore: Finally a poison which instantly kills blood cells when it comes in contact with them. Using this I will easily be able to kill that justice man.Wahaha.

In yagasuki's head: Ones the genetical modification in beast gets completed I will steal that poison and use it on beast and have him as my pet.
