Zoya and Xavier close in college, so they eventually did date for a couple of mouths but they fell out of the "spark" and broke up....
Even after college and the break up, they stayed as bestfriends.
Within a year Xavier took over his father's company and had to marry Angline Nowak. They had twins, Xander and Anglina.
Since there was no love between them at all, Xavier and Anglina had a clean divorce. So, both of them share a joint custody of their kids.
