So, there are five levels of expertise. Beginner, Medium, Advanced, Pro and Master.

According to what level are you, your rewards for completing tasks and missions differs.

Here you can see how much armi (α) you get after completing tasks and also how much XP you gain. As I said earlier, armi is used to buy skills. Experience Points help you level up.

That's simple. You buy skills and they help you with missions.

Skills are unlocked when you level up. The higher the level, the better the skills.

Here are the skills and their prices. Cooking and baking are a part of beginner's pack which you get when you enter your first mission. After leveling up, you also get one skill as a gift. Other skills, you must buy.
