Now V was returning back by his car and got distracted for a second as a truck come suddenly and he got hit by it

Now he was lying in a pool of blood and a tear escape from his eyes as he remembers his not so good time in his life and laughes mockingly as he finally get rid of this life

On the other side a boy wakes up suddenly in the hospital But

Am I in Heaven ...well I can't be in Heaven so its definitely hell...how the hell am I alive ...ouch it hurts and how the hell my body become like this!!!!!

he gets startle to see how the boy looks like him but much more cuter and fragile laying in the hospital and he got a urge to protect him and suddenly become dark and suddenly some not so good memories started to come onto his mind
