MEET

I am in a cafe ,waiting for my manager to show up. It is all about the new project that I am going to take and be the second lead. A second lead huh? What a pity for me, is it because someone is replacing me now?. A great actor for 20 years, replacing with a new generations actors?..

I sigh with frustration. As long as I can continue to act, It doesn't matter now. Whats important is I can still do what I want and give the best that I can.

I lift my head to the door, there, My manager came with a smile.

I smirk. Of course,It should be a good news.

" Whats up?", I said while taking a zip on my coffee. Thinking maybe they could make me the leading role now.

" Good news. Confirm that you will be part of the new Movie for this month. We will be attending at 5pm to a meet and great with the director and other actors who will accompany you in the project. Especially the main lead, Riz, So we will directly go there now and introduce you as the second lead of course. "..he said confidently. My brows furrowed as a smirk on my face. What the, Its not a good news though. I audition myself just to get in the role, and I already expected to be one of those. I look at my wrist watch, its still 3:40 in the afternoon. I still have more than hour to prepare.

" Is the story line will be discuss also?" I said. Accepting the reality now.

He nod as he give me the copy of the story line.

I read it quietly. It is indeed a masterpiece that worth to be part of it. Even I am the second lead, still.. I have too much line and I am in the end.

I look at him with confusion. I didn't recall who I work with and it didn't retain in my mind.

" He is in top now. Even his Album always sold out.He gain his popularity when he got the highest grossing sales last month on his movie. ",

My eyes widen, " Is he now the no. 1 blockbuster king now?", I feel devastated when he slowly noded.

I greeted my teeth. Trying to control my anger. Hah!.

" Don't worry, just do your best and win now the supporting actor of the year. I am sure, You can get it. ", my manager is trying to console me as if I need it now. I must prepare myself as I am going to face the man that stole my thrown.

later then, We are now in the hallway to the conference room for the movie.

Everyone is already sitting except for the head staff and the director. The producer and the network.

Minutes by, they came in with a radiant awra. I stand and great them one by one.

"Riz", Someone called me. The director itself. She is smiling at me at tap my shoulder.

" I am looking forward to work with you again", I smile at her.

" Same as me. I am excited since I have already an idea about the movie.. It is a masterpiece. ",. I saw how she blush and giggle infront of me.

She is about to talk to me when someone interrupted us, Saying we should start.

The director and the writer explain everything. From the location of shoot, the plan, the prospect audients, as well as the expectations of the management.

" Might as well , Let us here out our Male leading men as for this is his 1st Movie that he could be the leading men." The director said.

I begun the get curious that make me look the men infront of me.

I was shocked that he is actually looking at me with a glowing smile and sparkling eyes.

I got goosebumps, not because I was intimidate by him, but because on how he lick his lips while eyeing at me.

He begun to speak. An angel vibes that melt you with his smile.

He is in the show business for only 6 years. He is a rookie yet he begun to make his name establish in an instant.

He even mentioned that he didnt audition for the role, he was contacted by the network itself.

My anger towards him grow more. How lucky he is, getting what he wants.

" I am excited to work with you all.", he said as an end of his speech.

I smile at him . looking friendly by an enemy inside.

" See you everyone in our first shooting. ", the director said when finally, it is over.

I was ready to leave when Jin Approach me with a smile. Holding my wrist and stop me for walking.

everyone is looking at us that's why I smile at him ,looking friendly and nice.

" What can I do for you Mr. Lorriaga", I said with formality.

" I.... I am a fan of you Mr. Ferrer . Can we have a drink in somewhere near to the network?. Maybe we can bond and give me an advice?". he said. I feel his nervousness and hesitation to speak more. I smirk and ready to refuse. Why would I do that?.

" I am Sorry......",

"Wow, It is great idea that you are initiating this one for You Jin, ", . the director said.

I looked at her and smile a little bit.

" Thank you very much, Direct. ", he smile. A wonderful smile that surely make all the girls became crazy.

"Can we ?", He said again to me.

I sigh and begun to walk.

" Just for today ,Okay. ", I said and look to my manager.

He is smiling widely and give me the thumbs up.
