It's not exactly a story, but something that happened to me last summer that still gives me chills.

Okay, go ahead and tell me what happened.
Harry
Well, I was camping alone in the woods, and it was already dark outside. I had set up my tent and started a campfire to keep myself warm. I was reading a book when I heard something move in the bushes nearby.

That sounds scary. Did you investigate what was making the noise?
Harry
Yeah, I grabbed my flashlight and went to check it out. When I got closer, I saw a figure standing there, covered in dirt and leaves. I thought it might be a lost hiker, so I called out to them.
Harry
They didn't respond, but instead started walking towards me. It was then that I realized that something was not right. Their eyes were completely black, and they had this eerie energy around them.

Oh my God, that sounds terrifying. What did you do?
Harry
I ran back to my tent as fast as I could and locked myself in. But then I heard scratching sounds on the tent walls, and the figure started whispering my name.

That's beyond creepy. Did you call for help?
Harry
There was no cell service, and I was completely isolated. I had no other option but to wait until morning. When I came out of the tent, everything was normal, and there was no sign of anyone or anything around.
