Chapter 1
[Name] slowly opens his eyes, and then it hits him. He was curled up in a ball. He has no idea what happened or why he was frozen. He stood there watching fish swim by. He places his hand on the ice just in front of him. [Name]'s eyes widen as the ice collapses.
Everything became white, and he expected to drown, but not a single drop of water touched him. He looked at the ice wall that surrounded him on all sides, and there was an ice dome over his head. An ice trail constructed front of him something to tread on, leading him out. After 500 years, the domain doors were opened.
[Name]
"Huh? The seal seems to be broken..."
[Name] looks around trying to recogonize the place. He was at the snow biome
[Name]
"It been so long...Has it been 500 years? I can't seem to remember."
[Name]
"And this place has pretty much change.."
[Name] saw Mondstadt from a distance away.
[Name]
"Aren't I supposed to assist somebody?"
As [Name] turns, he moves toward Mondstadt. Unaware that his existence was acknowledged when he awakened to a mini-earthquake, the six gods were astonished but also joyful that the hope and time god was still alive.
When [Name] was at the hill directly above Starfell Lake, he saw two figures. A flying fairy and one male. He turns his head to the side, perplexed by what they were doing.
[Name]
"Hm, I wonder what they are doing here."
[Name] mumbled to himself
Paimon
"Aether, There is hilichurls camp there. How about testing your powers at the hilichurls over there?"
The little fairy suggested to the Traveler which he nodded his head as they headed over to the hilichurls camp. [Name] watches as he defeated the hilichurls with a final blow.
There was a Mitachurl with an axe sneaking up behind Aether
Paimon
"That was amazin- Aether watch out!"
The moment Aether realized what was happening—which took all of a second—he raised his palm in an attempt to stop the blow while shutting his eyes bracing for impact.
He waited for moment, and open his eyes slowly when nothing hit him, his gaze what fixed on the male before him. His sword clashed together with the axe, stopping the attack.
[Name] said to himself it seems that Aether has heard it
The Mitachurl is launched into the air by [Name] using his geo abilities to create a jade crystal beneath the surface. He follows him jumping in the air and kicks him forcefully, sending him flying to the ground.
[Name]
"Don't get distracted by little things."
[Name] scolded lightly to the Traveler.
Paimon
"Paimon thinks Aether will be a goner if it wasn't for you."
Aether
"Thank you but who are you?"
[Name]
"Sorry for not introducing myself earlier, I'm [Name]… I'm just a Traveler from Liyue."
Paimon
"What brings you all the way here?!"
Aether
"Don't be rude Paimon..."
[Name] sighs and smiles warmly at them
[Name]
"I'm just exploring around here,"
Aether slightly blushes of the sound of his gentle voice.
[Name]
"What's your names?"
Aether
"Aether and this is Paimon."
[Name]
"Weren't you guys heading somewhere?"
[Name] asks glancing at the two
Paimon
"We were heading to Mondstadt until we saw a hilichurl's camp now."
Paimon explains. [Name] was surprised of how cheerful she is right now. They started walking as the talk as Aether talks about his past.
Suddenly a large shadow loomed over them from the sun and the wind was getting stronger.
[Name] wondered in his mind.
Paimon
"Woah, what is that!"
[Name]
"A dragon, Paimon."
[Name]
"And it seems to be headed to the heart of the forest. Please proceed with caution."
[Name] warned as the three of them went to the forest path avoiding any commotion.
Paimon
"Huh? Look at that!"
Paimon pointed out to the Traveler.
[Name]
"Come on, let's take a closer look."
[Name] grabs Aether's hand gently as he pulled him closer to him. A red blush appears on Aether's cheeks in embarrassment. They hid behind the tree.
There they saw the dragon with another person they seem like they were talking.
Venti
"...Don't be afraid"
Venti
"It's alright now, I'm back."
The male seemed to be trying to soothe the dragon down.
Paimon
"Is he talking with an dragon?"
Suddenly Aether's Anemo powers activate and the dragon roars feeling uneasy. The dragon roars louder and the male dodge it attack.
Venti asks looking around. He spotted [Name] from the tree they both made eye contact.
Venti
"Name? N-no way!..."
But the dragon's roar distracted Venti's thoughts. The male abruptly vanished, followed by a powerful rush of wind. [Name] pulls Aether close, so he doesn't get blown away, while Paimon grips Aether's hair securely.
Until the wind was slowly calmed down. [Name] sighed thinking of where he saw the bard before.
Paimon
"That was close! Paimon almost go blown away!"
Paimon
"Luckily, Paimon managed to get a hold of your hair! Thanks."
[Name] plays with Aether's hair which made Aether blushed a bit
Aether
"Good thing, you didn't pull my hair off."
Aether thought to himself
[Name]
"Mm, good thing the dragon didn't noticed us."
Paimon
"Just what was that? Paimon thought we were going to get eaten."
Paimon
"It defiently has to do with that werido that was talking to the dragon..."
[Name] noticed something red by the corner he let's go of Aether and walks towards it.
[Name]
"This must be the crismon crystal."
[Name] said taking this in his hand.
He looks up at the sky staring into the clouds being sealed away for so many years must be a pain.
