That vampire is mine to kill, and mine alone.
I got the job... For once I'm scared, I don't know what will happen, Or what to expect. My head has been killing me this week. And no matter how much I drink my throat is dry, and hurts. But I can worry about that after I kill this Vampire. I might ask him a few things first, so I know what to do next time. I go hunting for another vampire.
Like last time the woods are dence and anoying. But I'll get to the house soon enough. I could see a shadow but it left just as fast as it came, so I figured it was a raccoon. After I brushed past the last bit on branches I saw the house It was big. It was a mansion with lights and the best architecture I have ever seen. And I saw him! He looked young but I new it was a mask, a cover up. He had to be over a hundred.
He is too close to shoot him with my bow. So I pulled out my dagger. He must have been faster then light cause he was holding my arm before I could blink. He shoved me against a tree with force I never felt. When he spoke his voice was quite and yet it was stern.
"What are you doing here! oh wait your here to kill me. " he said this with a smirk on his face he wasn't even trying to hide his grin.
" I-Im here to kill the vampire named Kotetsu." I tried to say this with as much pride as I could muster.
"That would be me Kotetsu. Tell me this hunter, why kill your own kind?"
"I'm not a vampire my name is Sakura a hunter! I am not a beast like you!" I shouted in his face. He didn't deserve my respect! He associated me with HIS kind! And I am no vampire in this world or the next.
"Oh you don't know then my dear" The vampire said cooly.
"I don't know what." I murmured.
IN HER MIND.....
Is he right am I a vampire? No that can't be right. You must be born a vampire. If you get bitten and turned you will die within a month. I would be dead by now. So him or my parents are lying. Well it would explain why my parents never talked about them. But if I am one why would they not tell me. And if they were vampires why insult them so much. Why call them Beasts who hunt for sport. Did they use a witch to hide it? Hide I was a vampire, is that possible? And what witch would hide a kids true kind. What witch would turn a child from a vampire to a human. What's wrong with me? What am I!!!! Is my whole life a lie...
