well with rose she is just sad with all his heart her father who was her everything is now no more, she is lonely because no-one is there with her.she was in depression ,half broken and hurt before her father's death but now she is totally broken from up to bottom. But she is living for her father's wish , she just having nothing to do just want to fulfill her father's wish and thats all. She has no attention towards the company as she doesn't care about it because she know the her aunty will handle it all.
