Sir I think how our galaxy is formed...how the human civilization evolved like the same way there must be some where far same incidents happening...as from past few years scientists have found so many new solar systems in different galaxys again and again... if we can achieve the speed of light within our scientific space ships maybe we can go to the other parts of the galaxy and like this we can go to the other universe like... it's such a huge universe we can't be the only ones!

But even if we achieve the speed of light it takes billion of years to go to the closest galaxy to ours and there are black holes too, we still couldn't define the term black matters and so there is many more thing that still needs to be discovered!

and in only 500 years our Sun is going to turn into red dwarf human civilization will be at it's end point in only 400 years maybe!

So it's not possible to go in other universes physically right now...

We can't go there mentally because there is no sense so how can we actually travel?
