As if getting to know that they were given a high profile case as soon as they landed in Korea was not enough of a headache.....
His Chief who had to get a heads-up on this case which pissed Hoseok off....
The only job the Sergeant had was very simple....
IT WAS TO INFORM HIM BEFORE HIS CHIEF.......
But not in his wildest dream had he imagined that the allotment department to fuck up so bad...
It had been already 2 years since he started working for Mr. Kim, and they were now trying to get him fired.... How petty....
That was all Hoseok could think about as he stormed around his house making sure he was ready to face the harsh coldness of Seoul as he dashed out his house once done.
Though he was cladded in the warmest clothes he could still feel the chill of the cold November wind as he quickly ran to a convenience store to buy strawberry milk knowing very well his chief was a man who cared more for his cases then himself.....

As if the taxi had grown wings.Hoseok couldn't believe his eyes as within a flash of who knows a second, the car was pulled up in front of his destination as gaped staring at the driver......
As he watched the taxi pulling away he could imagine the numerous speeding tickets piling up his inbox. He shook his head as he ran inside the rather desolate street.....
Even after passing 5 streets he could see no movement at all as he scratched his head thinking if this was not the place.....That's when he noticed the street to diverge into two pathways, one with lights while the other dark. He could hear faint noises on the dark path as he took the rather dark street...
Finally, Hoseok could see the commotion caused by the bustling paparazzi as he pushed himself through the crowded entrance of the alley....
As if strucking gold the first time in mining he managed to get out of the huge maze of reporters, his gaze gaining focus on the men standing in front of the alley....
. There stood his chief in all his graces. His monochromatic suit which was wrinkle free, the dark necktie that always sat on his neck, his hair perfectly swiped back....not a single one of which was amiss, His cold marble like face was devoid of any excitement......
He just knew him too well to fall for that pretense.....
Just by the whiff of the scent of decay he could find the reason for the strange fire that had been ignited in his dark monolid eyes....
He just knew it too well...
As if trying to break the ice the older police officer cleared his throat as he stared at them awkwardly bowing a little.....

Though a genius in his field Kim Taehyung was infamous for his communication skills... It's as if he graduated from one of the most prestigious university without ever speaking a word with anyone... Sometimes he even wondered if his chief was born crying or just staring blankly at his parents...
Though the latter seemed to be more believable he brushed those silly thoughts away he smiled at the officers in distress... He could already sense the hostility from the younger one who looked at them with black eyes that held contempt....

Mr. Yun quickly led the way in as little by little Hoseok could feel the previous night's tteokbokki burning his Oesophagus ashe grew paler as he shifted his gaze to his chief who looked like an excited toddler who was about to open his christmas present though his expression contradicted it....
Sensing his Chief's abrupt stop he followed his gaze only to see a sight that scared the living daylights of him......
The body of the woman who lay on the snow covered grounds was surprisingly decomposed.... Her mouth split open.... The highlight was the necrophilius insects that seemed to crawl inside the body's tongue.... Those insects which would never survive in such a harsh condition were actually crawling inside the red mouth of the victim surprised Hoseok..... The body had strange yellow marks which looked like bruises as it lay amidst a pool of dried blood that seeped the pure white grounds....
The corpse's eyes were closed which put him to a slight relief as Hoseok stepped further away feeling the warm digestive enzymes trying to escape through his mouth. He turned his body away from the gory sight as he faced the wall trying to calm his nerves....
Though he had been at this line of work for years....
The sight of murders never failed to twist is guts....

That was enough to garner Hoseok's attention as he moved closer to his chief who was crouching near the dead body like an automated robot, shuffling through his pockets as he took out a pen and notepad instinctively before focussing his gaze on his chief.....
