I just think harper is too much of a coward to do this, he a minimal villain.

I kinda think Harper didn't do it somehow.. But I'm still not convinced since he came to attack a small child before.. However, he seems to know nothing about the person who died was FL's mother so I'm kinda confused.. I also doubt if FL has been acting all along to take revenge on Harper somehow or If there is another big fish behind the mask..
