Additional Information

To prevent contractures, physical therapists gently move the person’s joints in all directions (passive range-of-motion exercises) or splint joints in certain positions.

Preventing blood clots includes use of drugsand compression or elevation of the person's legs. Moving the limbs, as occurs in passive-range-of-motion exercises, may also help prevent blood clots.

Because people are incontinent, care should be taken to keep the skin clean and dry. If the bladder is not functioning and urine is being retained, a tube (catheter) may be placed in the bladder to drain urine. Catheters are carefully cleaned and regularly examined to prevent urinary tract infections from developing.

Meng xiao's condition

Mengxiao was now severely sick and she had cried and cried until her eyes ran dry. She had also taken in(inhaled) a little bit of the harmful smoke and this harmful smoke also made her feel sick and suffer.

She finally Wakes up

The first rays of the morning sunshine entered the room. These rays brought the good news with them. With the entering of the first sun rays, Mengxiao slowly opened her eyes. She looked around feebly and weakly and saw Feng, standing by the window. She asked in a feeble voice, "Where am I ?"

Feng replied, "You are in the St. Vincent Hospital. Do you remember anything about what happened? "

Mengxiao replied, "No, I don't remember anything. Do you remember anything about what happened?"

Feng said, "It is something disappointing, sad, something shocking for you. Do you want to hear about the matter?"

"Yeah, I need to know  - I must know everything, why am I here, what happened to me, and everything."

She Remembers everything

Feng had set a device in Lingfei's car to monitor what was happening that day and where he was going that day. But unfortunately he over looked the scene  of placing the bomb in his car by the people against Lingfei. Feng started to narrate the whole incident.

"Lingfei and you were traveling in the car. Suddenly Lingfei heard the beeping sound of the time bomb that was placed in the car. He realized that the target of the attack was he himself. He did not want you to suffer due to the bomb blast. So he used the excuse that he was very much thirsty and sent you to bring some drinking water in a bottle from the nearby water supplying shop.

He saved you by all means bot could not save himself. He knew that if he got up from the seat of the car, the time bomb would blast and he would be dead any way."

At that moment Mengxiao remembered everything about what happened. Immediately she broke down into tears and Feng tried to comfort her by any means.
