Out of nowhere, I just saw this scene in my head.
Tae was laying his head on Jungkook's lap with tears in his eyes as he took his last few breaths. Both had tears in their eyes. Tae raised his hand up to Jungkook's face as he said "I know I shouldn't, but my last wish before leaving this world is to at least have the chance to touch even just a bit of your skin" Tae placed his hand on Jungkook's cheek, as he mumbled a small "Sorry" At that moment, Jungkook had a flashback of him telling/ordering Tae not to touch him. He regretted it. He wished he had not made such a rule. Because right now in his arms, his mate, his other half had touched him only because he knew Jungkook could not say anything to him afterwards. After all, how could he reprimand one who has died.
