During those 3 months, Karin stayed at the Rengoku family's house..2 months after Airin dead, Karin was really really sad.. She didn't sleep and didn't eat, Karin was like a dead person. She didn't want to do anything... In that 2 months Rengoku try to get closer with Karin and try to make Karin happy
After 2 months Karin stayed at Rengoku house. She asked Rengoku about what is actually to the village and Karin
Rengoku explain to Karin that Demon attacked the village and he explain about demon slayer. Then Rengoku said that he feel a strong demon energy at the village when they arrived. It's probably Kibutsuji Muzan.
Karin seems interested to demon slayer. She says she want to kill demon and she want to kill Kibutsuji Muzan for the sake of her sister.
After Karin said she want to be demon slayer, Rengoku bring Karin to Butterfly Mansion
