"Are you sure you'll be okay alone?"
He questioned as his hand held onto mine tight

"Yes Taehyung for the one hundred and ninety-eighth time I'll be fine, and you don't have to worry about anything"
I chuckled at him being adorable.

"But I felt happy when you used to sleep over at my place, watching Netflix with you all night is probably something I can never get enough of, and now you are finally done with your furniture adventure, so you'll be leaving me alone tonight?"

"Hey dummy since when did you get so attached to me? Besides now, we can have sleep-overs at my place just saying so now let me go, and you go and get a shower or something because you stink, I'll be waiting with the dinner Mr Kim."
With that I walked away as he continued to call out my name before finally giving up and rushing in his place to get fresh, so he could join me as soon as possible. I was just looking through the garden when he drove in back home from work, my bed was all done and in position now so this news got him a bit upset since it was almost a week of us having anime and netflix night's together.
I laughed to myself remembering the way he pouted like a little adorable kid

"Let's see what I can cook with the chicken"
I look through my fridge and immediately pull out couple of onions to chop it down for some salad since most of the food was already done.
My work went fine even though a lot of people showed concern towards me regarding the place I was staying in based off of the rumors they apparently heard, I appreciated thier concern but honestly I didn't have enough money to look for a place near my office and besides my parents weren't rich enough to support me and it was now my responsibility to help them instead of burdening them more. On top of that I had met Taehyung and we started off hitting it well so I didn't wanna lose this new blossoming friendship between us knowing that I could never possibly find a better neighbor than him.
Suddenly I heard the sofa moving a little, it must be Taehyung I thought since his familiar perfume filled the atmosphere immediately. I told him earlier about the rat I saw in the living room, so maybe he was fixing the mousetrap? I was too focused onto chopping the onions, so my attention didn't flow that way but then their was another rough noise of something falling.

"Taehyung what are you doing? Are you planning to break my house before me even spending a month in here hmm?"
I laughed while wiping the tears that managed to escape my eyes from the irritation caused by the onions using my sleeves.
Getting no response I figured out that he must be really into catching the little creature since he was peculiar sometimes, the sounds kept coming over and over again as if someone was moving the couch multiple times. But then suddenly a pair of strong arms grabs my waist from behind tight as my mind immediately registers the fact that the most recent sound I heard was a second ago so there wasn't a way that Taehyung could rush to the kitchen and back hug me immediately, my hands instinctively touch the hands that were wrapped around my waist, and they felt cold as ice sending shivers right through my spine.

"Y/n it's me! hey sorry if I scared you that bad but my intention wasn't that"
Recognizing the voice apologizing multiple times I immediately held his hand tight once again and turned to face him. It was Taehyung, he looked like he came right out the shower as his hairs were still wet and pushed back sticking his bare forehead out while he was dressed up in just a plain black t shirt with few wet patches around which would be from him not drying himself up properly and some gray classic sweatpants

"I'm so sorry Y/n, I just rushed from the shower as soon as possible and wanted to surprise you but didn't know that you would get scared, I'm ready sorry."
I laid my hands on his chest while leaning towards his figure as he rubbed my back to calm me down,

"Taehyung I thought you were here minutes ago"

"Wait what do you mean? I just came here though"
He raised his eyebrows in a worried manner while his voice remained laced with concern

"I-i heard the sofa moving multiple times in the living room, so I thought it must be you since I told you about the rat issue last evening, and you said that you had that issue too, but you were good with setting mousetraps but then just when I heard the sofa move you came and wrapped your hands around my waist and I just."
Taehyung immediately backed up and carefully walked towards the living room, my heart beat increased watching him making his way towards the room that previously made those sounds so I followed him behind carefully. Not wanting something bad to happen to him just because of me

"Y/n you just forgot to turn the television off dear"
He chuckled as I sighed in relief. Even though I couldn't remember me watching television earlier but I was not the type to remember things mostly, I could place a remote somewhere and just forget about it the next very second

"I see the weird paranormal theories are finally getting you."
He switched the television off that was playing some random action movie before walking towards me.

"Hey don't worry, everything is fine but if you are still scared then maybe I can stay with you tonight"
He smirked playfully to lighten my mood up.

"Dummy, I'm sorry for screaming like that earlier though. It's just that everyday at work everyone just talks shit about this place and well you know the rest"

"You don't have to explain it to me Y/n but still you know that I'm just a call away and you know what? I'm staying with you tonight and I promise I won't do anything naughty, I enjoy you telling me about your grandma's stories."

"Yeah and you know then Yoongi pulled out and I hit my head against the steering well and not gonna lie that shit hurt me real bad, so bad that I didn't even get to feel the ****** properly"

"Baby you are the one who wanted to do it in the car even though I warned you besides we had to drive around for like an extra hour to find an empty spot then because of his complaints we got stuck in another traffic jam, but it was still all worth it because I got to see Y/n the goblin again and this place oh god, it's like I'm living the rich life Y/n. I swear to god I'm coming here whenever I get a leave, I mean the bathroom in here is like the same size as my room so"
Yoongi replied while sipping his chocolate shake.

"Please do, I miss you both too so much, and it feels really empty without you guys but now looking at you two again makes me shift back again"
I sighed wiping the counter clean.

"Hey don't say that dummy! You know that we'll always be by your side no matter what. You'll always be my baby, don't forget that. I don't care how busy his schedule is or not but I'm coming here as soon as I get my leave to spend more time with you"
Jimin spoke smacking Yoongi's shoulder for no damn reason because why not?

"Yeah sure babe, like I'm going to let you drive around this far alone and don't forget that Y/n is my baby too so shush."
Suddenly the doorbell rings again indicating that Taehyung was here, I already informed him about Jimin and Yoongi, and he seemed beyond excited to meet my friends.

"Is that the hottie I stalked earlier?"
Jimin smirked as I nodded and rushed towards the door to open it up. Their stood Taehyung in his ripped dark blue jeans and a black shirt as usual with top buttons undone. He looked like he just came out of some erotic novel but much better. His neck was adored with multiple chains as usual and hairs a mess, his mud kissed boots brushed against my clean carpet while his inviting lips held a sweet smile that could turn your world upside down at once.

"Oh la la you are better than I thought you would be my boy, I'm Jimin. Her soul mate and nice to meet ya"
Jimin greeted with his sassy attitude while Yoongi stood behind with a tiny pout feeling jealous which he would never accept but actions definitely speak louder than words.

"Nice to meet you Jimin, I am Kim Taehyung and you must be Mr Min Yoongi right? It's great to finally meet you"
Tae being the social butterfly he is, he immediately blended with them like they knew each other since kindergarden and everything started to go with the flow.

"Okay enough chat boys, how about we roast some marshmallows in the backyard? I haven't used the area yet because I was waiting for Chim and Yoongles after all"
I offered while getting up, a bit spaced out still because despite of having three people around me, it still felt like someone was watching me. as if someone was keeping a tab on each and every one of my moves. only me.
