Chapter 5: Arguments and apologies.

Daisy's POV:

I slept really peacefully last night hugging Xavier. When I got up, I found him looking at me. "Good morning, bad wolf", I said as I rubbed my eyes. "Good morning, babygirl", he said and kissed on my nose tip.

I must say he has a great body. His sturdy firm well built chest followed by his strong and hard eight pack abs. He is no less than a top model. Even he can compete with them. His strong muscles. He's so strong.

I smiled and got up from him. "Get ready, I'll drop you to your university", I heard him say. I nodded and then entered the bathroom. I took a quick shower and came out wearing a bathrobe then entered the walk in closet.

I chose a black skater skirt that had dark green floral prints with dark green halter neck top and black boots. I let my hairs down and applied eyeliner and light pink lipstick. I put on my rings in different fingers and sprayed perfume.

"Ready, Babygirl?", came a deep voice. I turned to see Xavier ready. He looked dashing in midnight black suit piece with a beige color overcoat over his shoulders and black gloves. He really looks like a gangster.

"Yep, ready", I said and turned around. As we walked outside, I saw his tiger. I immediately stepped behind him. "Don't be afraid Babygirl. He won't bite you. His name is Daniel and I like to call him Dan", he said.

"It will eat me up", I said. Xavier laughed. I glared at him. "Babygirl, only I'm allowed to eat you up. No one else. Dan won't eat you", he patted my head. I glared at him. I smirked as I saw the bite on his cheek.

"Bad wolf, did you forget the punishment from last night?", I asked with a smirk. "How can I? It is clearly showed up", he said helplessly. I giggled. We went to the dining room and Dan followed us there.

"So the rules are: you can't be close with any male other than me. You are not allowed to go out without the bodyguards....", I cut him off. "What do you mean by can't get close with any male? I've male friends and there are boys in the university", I said.

"I know but you can't have any close relationship with any male except me", he said casually. "Why should I listen to you?", I asked him. "Because I'm your hubby and you're my little wife so I need you to obey me", he said with a smile.

"Dream on", I sneered.

"Babygirl, you have to obey your hubby. Sit properly in front of everyone not so casually like you do in front of me. Speak formally and respectfully. I don't like people who disrespect me", he said in a serious tone.

"I'm not listening to you", I retorted. "Babygirl, be good", he said calmly. "You can't control me", I said and stood up from my chair. "Babygirl", his voice was a bit stern and cold.

"No. I don't like you. You can't control me. You're also like auntie. I hate you. I hate you both", I yelled. "I don't like people who disrespect me, Daisy", his voice was cold and dangerous.

I was scared. Will he punish me now? He stood up from his chair. His eyes were scary. I felt shiver down my spine. I thought he would scold me but he left without a word. Is he angry?

When I came back to my senses, I walked out to see a driver standing. "Madam, I'll drop you to your university. Please get in", the driver said. I nodded and got in. I wanted to ask about Xavier but I didn't.

The whole day I thought about him and couldn't concentrate on my studies. "Daisy, you okay? What are you thinking?", Brent asked. I smiled and shook my head.

I got home and changed my clothes. I did my assignments and waited for Xavier but he was late. It was 10 pm but he didn't come back. I tried to call him but he didn't answer. He must be angry with me. What should I do? He didn't even call me the whole day.

I asked a maid about him but she said that he will be late. I had the dinner alone and slept hugging a teddy. Next day, I found out that he left for office early in the morning. I was sad. It's my fault for being so impulsive.

The next three days went by Xavier coming late home and leaving early in the morning. He didn't talk to me or see me. He kept avoiding me. It's my fault. Will he also leave me?

I went to do some shopping in the mall to distract myself. I went to a clothing store. "Did Xavier abandon you? I knew this day would come. How can someone live with someone like you?!", I heard a mocking voice of Stella and auntie.

"He didn't abandon me. He's just busy with his work", I said trying to convince myself more than to convince them. "He doesn't have time to handle some spoilt girl like you. He has more work than this", Stella mocked.

"I was making you marry someone who would have at least treated you a bit better but you married Xavier Knight. You thought he would care for you? Don't you know about his past? He changes girls just like he changes his clothes", Auntie said.

"No, he's not like that", I said and left from there. They kept saying things but I ignored them and left. I went home and rushed to my room closing the door behind. I didn't eat anything for the whole day and just stayed in my room.

Will he leave me? He doesn't wants me because I'm spoilt girl? Will he hate me? That day he didn't call me Babygirl or Little wife. He was angry. He will abandon me like Auntie and Stella said. No one wants me.

I saw a knife and picked it up. If no one wants me then why should I live? I tried to kill myself but I'm useless, I can't do it. I'm a coward. I held the knife as I cut my palm and the blood dripped from my hand.

I sat on the floor at the edge of the bed. I pulled my legs upto my chest and wrapped my arms around and I buried my head and sobbed silently. It was dark in the room but I don't care. I heard someone call me then looked up.

I saw my mom and cried. "Mom, he hates me now. Did he really abandon me?", I asked her. "No, baby. Didn't he say he loves you? That means he won't abandon you", she said with a smile.

"Really, mom?", I asked and she nodded. "When someone loves you they don't abandon you", she said. "But he was angry. He doesn't like people who disrespect him and I did it", I said looking down.

"Then say sorry to him and tell him how you feel", she said and I nodded.

Suddenly, I heard the door burst open. I turned to find my mom gone. "Babygirl, are you okay?", I heard a worried voice. I don't know if it's true or not but I want to cherish this moment. I looked at Xavier. I know it's my hallucination but it's fine as long as he's there.

His handsome face had a look of worry and pain. I hugged him tightly and sobbed. "I love you, bad wolf. Please don't leave me. I'll listen to you. I'll not disrespect you or disobey you. I promise you. Please don't leave me", I cried harder.

He caressed my hairs and kissed my temple. "I'm sorry, Babygirl. I hurt you. I'm sorry. Don't cry, babygirl", he cooed in my ears. "I know I'm hallucinating but I want you to be with me. I love you, bad wolf", I cried.

"Babygirl, I love you too. I won't leave you", he said and tried to get up but I kept hugging him. I wrapped my legs around his waist and hugged him tighter. "Babygirl, I won't leave you. I love you", he said. I nodded and kept hugging him.

He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer as he sat on the bed. He snapped his finger and the lights turned on. "Babygirl, you hurt yourself. Why did you do this?", he asked as he caressed my back.

"I thought you don't want me because I'm a spoilt girl and arrogant", I said and buried my head into his shoulder. "Babygirl, I like it when you act spoilt in front of me. I want to spoil you more and more. I'm sorry, I'll never scold you again", he said and kissed my shoulder.

I sniffed loudly and pulled back. He wiped my tears and kissed on my forehead. "My little wife, don't cry too much. You look like a damp little kitten", he teased. I laughed as I wiped my tears.

"Come, I'll clean your wound and dress it", he said and tried to keep me on the bed but I hugged him reluctant to let him go. "Don't go", I sniffed loudly and wrapped my legs tighter. "Babygirl, we have to dress your wound", he said but I shook my head.

"Don't leave me", I cried and hugged tighter. He hugged and sighed. "Okay, I won't go." He asked a maid to get the first aid kit. Carefully he cleaned my wound and bandaged it.

"I'm sorry for being like that", I said looking down. He held my chin gently and pulled it up. "Babygirl, I'm sorry for scolding you. You don't have to apologize. I want to spoil my babygirl, my little wife. I love you."

He pecked on my lips and pulled me closer to me as I sat on his laps with my legs still wrapped around his waist. He smiled looking at me. "My little babygirl, don't cry. You don't look hot", he said and rubbed his nose with mine.
