See positive side of life. Get rid of negative people. If difficult times come, just go through them Don't be afraid. Love yourself. Every part should be loved. Just Don't think you are the most beautiful, Don't be greedy. Accept changes. Remember the good memories only. Forget the past.

The biggest thing that changed me was I stopped believing in god. I have been believing in God ever since I was a kid. Growing older made me have doubts in god. But as my whole family/relatives everyone believed in god. I couldn't find a reason not to believe in god. As I grew older my praise for god became lower and lower. I had had find out if it's really exists or not. In the end all I found was, NO PROVES. I WAS RIGHT DOESN'T EXIST.

And there is nothing like karma,fate. I stopped to being afraid to have fun. I don't need to worry about Karmas. my past life. when it's just a myth. Whatsoever mistakes we have made, it doesn't matter. humans make mistakes.

stop believing in human spirit/ghosts Human is just body not a soul. You are alive because of your brain,heart body functions. soul doesn't have a brain. Myths it can be true but all the time. even if you talk about people experiencing

It's illusion, when you believe in something and are afraid of it, you are in a place where people say are ghosts/evil spirits are. you will feel uncomfortable,unsafe,cold and then your brain starts imagining something in your head becauseit's fitted in your head that since childhood that such stuff is real.

When dogs are barking, people are saying dogs are barking because there is a ghost/evil sprit/spirit. Just observe that peaceful night by sitting by your windon/gallery/ balcony, while taking a walk at night. You will feel there is nothing to be afraid of. I can say this because I have experienced it by myself to really believe it.

you can call earth god not some unknown creature that you don't even proves exists. Acient people wanted to part in different places so they made the people there believe in God, ghosts saying Example: "This was a happy place 70 years ago but a demon came and started eating them, we know black magic but you don't so it's better for you to leave and find a better place". Told them they can get rid of them. When black magic is just something you really do (murder). When it's a condition people call it possessed person.
