Millie's unlucky day

Millie's POV -

I was sitting on my couch when suddenly i got a text from my friend. It said "I don't like you anymore". I was so confused and asked "Wdym?". My friend replied "I don't want to be a friend of you anymore". "What the heck?" i said in my mind. When i was about to ask my friend the reason, i saw she blocked me. I got very sad. We just met and she left me! She was a good friend tho. Im still asking myself what is the reason. I did nothing wrong.

At school, everyone ignored me. They acted like i wasn't there. The mean girls also bullied me, as always.

- The next day, Millie's POV -

I woke up to a emergency alert. It said we need to evacuate the building QUICKLY. I got panicked and didn't know what was happening. I looked at my window and, to my shock, i saw fireballs coming to the ground and hurting the people outside. I literally freezed looking at the window, and stood like that for the next 2 minutes. Then, i realised, almost all of the people in the building evacuated, so i took my way to the basement, where all the neighbours were scared and hidden under some blankets. I asked them what's going on, and one of the neighbours replied "We don't know either. It's probably a massive attack from the Russian people." But i wasn't convinced its really from them. I saw with my eyes, some humans or idk, people flying in the air and throwing fireballs. I was so confused, but i tried to stay calm. I heard screams. It was from some kids that were outside. My heart was beating so hard, i thought its the end of the world. After 2 hours, we got out from the basement, and saw the ground was destroyed. I saw the bodies of lots of people laying on the ground, dead, or with scars over their whole body. I noticed some biting-scar thing on their neck. In the next second, i realised who attacked us - the vampires. The most powerful creatures of all time, and since the death of the Queen, they were finally free to attack us. The Queen kept the vampires far away from us for 40 years, but she died from a attack of a woman vampire spy, in disguise as a detective, looking for a "crime". No one knows what really happened to the Queen, or if she's really dead, or a vampire too. The Queen was very secret. She wouldn't tell anything, to anyone. Even to her mother. She was extremly protective tho. She once said that if the vampires are attacking us, we need to hide. Or else...they will do something to us, that will change ourselves forever. I still don't know what she meant by that. But, it seems the time has come...for what she said.
