Chapter Four

Gael’s POV

*How was the situation here?*

* Chef, all is well. The operation runs smooth.*

*Okay, just call me if anything happens. I’ll be in the office doing paper works.*

I went straight to the office. By the way, I am Gael Blue Gong. I owned a restaurant named, Gael’s. I never imagined being in this kind of business because I am an IT graduate.

Well my parents wants me to be an IT but I don’t really like being in front of a computer all day.

What I really like is cooking. I even went to a culinary school in France. Without letting my parents know through scholarship that I got from a wealthy family. I learned baking and some techniques that I can use for my business.

I started this business when I graduated in culinary. When I went back home, my parents were very angry with me.

I tried my very best to appease them but they just challenge me to have my own business and if it goes well they will not interfere with my life anymore.

*Sir, we have a problem with one of our customers.*

*What happened?*

*Sir, she wants to have a French cuisine but today is Monday so we only serve Filipino cusines.*

Oh yes, my restaurant is not that typical restaurant you can dine because I have a certain cuisines to be serve every day.

*Okay, ill handle it.*

I went out to accommodate the customer.

*Hello maam, I am the owner of this restaurant. Sorry for the inconvenience, maam. What should be the problem maam maybe we can settle it.*

*Well nothing serious though, I just want to have a French cuisine today but your little waitress here said that you only serve Filipino dishes today.*

*Yes maam, she’s actually right. Our restaurant is the only restaurant here in the Philippines to serve different cuisines every single day. But since you are our VIP I will personally cook your order.*

*That’s good to hear. Now get going because I am starving.*

I excuse myself, and went to the kitchen and cook what was her order.

Sya ang unang customer namin na ganyan. Last time she wants to eat Malaysian dishes on Saturday where we only serve Japanese cuisines. This girl is troublesome.

After that, tapos na syang kumain and I decided to ask her if she was satisfied with the dishes.

*Ohh! Not bad actually. By the way bill please.*

My staff gave her the bill and after paying she just show herself out the restaurant.

Naiintriga ako sa babaing yun. She’s so much work.

Oo nga I am not born with a silver spoon so that’s why anything I would do is harwork for me to be one of the top chefs in the world.
