The clerk showed me the way and gave me the best of treatment. They gave me some accommodation such as red wine, and a slice of cake. See? They just need to be scolded para maging maamo.

Sometimes when your good to them they will just use that to mistreat you, that’s why I don’t want others opinion.

Someone texted me and it was Tate. She was asking if where I am. I texted her back and told her that I am here in the Sandugo Salon.

20 minutes have passed and Tate is not yet here.

(ring…. Ring…)

*Hey, where are you? I thought you’re going to accompany me here?*

*Sorry, Lar. Actually I was on my way there kaso something happened. My brother attempted to commit suicide.*

*What? Tate, I’m sorry to hear that. How was your brother? Saang hospital sya nandoon?*

Upon hearing it, I rushed into the counter and paid the cashier and was on my way to the said hospital.

Liam is one of my closest friend. He used to stand by my side when I was being bullied at school. He even told me to call him brother for I am a sister to him. He alway comfort me when bad times come. just like when my mom died. He and Tate never leave me even a single minute. Star wasn't that affected for she is close to dad than mom. While i was an agel to my mom, i was the spoiled and the other brat for dad.

I arrived in the hospital and ask the receptionist what room is brother, Liam in.

(knock.. knock… knock)

I opened the door and saw Tate crying beside Liam, who is still unconscious.

*Tate, hush now okay? Brother Liam will be okay. What exactly happened?*

*Lar, I was in the car when that happened and then manang Bising called me saying na hindi raw lumabas si kuya, she knock the door to let brother know that the lunch is ready, pero wala namang sumasagot. She also told me that he did not eat breakfast. Tapos ang tahimik sa kwarto nya.*

She cried and then continued the story.

*Normally, Kuya is not the type of a person na tahimik. Sometimes his room was filled with rock music. Minsan nga he would listen to OPM music.*

She cried again, this time more like grieving. I just comfort her. Though I don’t know how to comfort others because I’ve never been comforted by anyone.

I told her to take a rest. She insists on making bantay of kuya Liam but still I want her to rest. I stayed there for almost 9 hours.

Around 11:30 when Tate woke up and told me to get some rest home. I looked at her hoping that she would not chase me away. But knowing Tate, I gave up.

When I got home, I went straight to the bathroom. I took a bath and then sat on my bed wondering how was Tate doing. I know that she is in a bad condition. Si Liam nalang kasi ang meron sya, her mom died due to cancer and her dad just died recently due to car accident. Thier company and other propeties was left to Liam and her.
