kandy/Danielle would always want to run away but when he was at the capital he would always see Lydia. Lydia seemed to always know where and when to meet Kandy/ Danielle
but as much as Kandy/Danielle hated this he could never get rid of Lydia she always came back (like creepy Connie from Jessie)

when Kandy/Danielle blinked his eyes 👁️👄👁️ Lydia would disappear poof or she would appear wabam
Kandy/Danielle wouldn't get enough sleep because of Lydia
he would always have eyebags under his eyes
