Taehyung's POV

I woke up earlier than the birds, turned off my unfortunate alarm clock, I've thought about throwing it away many times, but it's the one who wakes me up every day

I made a breakfast full of proteins - Banana with milk, granola and oatmeal - and I went out for my morning walk, as usual

I return home after an hour of walking, I practice on my e-bike - doctor's request, as I was very sedentary - which is inside my apartment, this bike is an exercise device, which also serves to thicken the thighs, in addition to the fact that it helps with concentration, respiratory problems and future heart problems, so if it's to be a healthy tasty, I'll do it of everything
