michel was suffering from a genetical disorder in which his bone marrow was absent so he couldn't walk and have to transfuse blood regularly.

dr. Steve was the head doctor of the hospital taking care of the children.

one day a boy named Linchen affected with the same disease as michel came to the hospital.

the nurse came and injected Linchen for blood transfusion and left.
