Party A - Samarth Rai Singhania
Party B - Aradhaya Sharma
1. Party A and party B cannot interfere in each other's life
2. Party A will ne responsible for Party B including her daily expenses, clothes, education or business start up
3. Party A and party B will not have any intimate relationship but if anything happen in some specific situation then Party A will be whole responsible for Party B
4. Both the Parties are not allowed to. have any extra marital affair. if anyone founded cheated in this marriage. he/she has to. pay 90 crore as a compensation to other party
5. When Party B reaches to age of 22 . She can decide to divorce party A Or stay forever.
6. If Party B decides to divorce. party B will give one bunglow, 2 Textile Factories in Mumbai, one farm house in Nasik and 50 crore as alimony
7. both the parties have to act like a loving couple in front of the Party A family
8. Party B is not allowed to disrespect and speak rudely to any of party A family member. if this happen a compensation of 40 Crore and a divorce can be demanded
9. if any of Party A family member or even Party A does any kind of physical or mental abuse then Party B is allowed to Divorce with One bungalow in Mumbai, one bunglow in Switzerland, 3 patrol pum in Mumbai, 2 textile factories in mumbai , 30 crore and 5 crore every month after divorce as alimony and monthly allowance is made only until Party B is 22
10. Party B has to attend all kind of gathering with Party A as his wife
