mark doesn't love haechan but why are they in relationship if it's only one sided? It's because Mark had a very bad break up with his ex lover whom he cherished alot and loved. His lover and him were in relationship for 2 years there were on and off but they always gets back but not this time, he was so heart broken and on that day he cried so bad in the arms of haechan to which haechan felt hurt too because he is seeing his love cry so bad and that too for other man . After the break up marks lover found a new lover which even break his heart more. so after seeing his conditions by his friends they console mark to move on and they suggested him to go in relationship with haechan since haechan loves him so much and he is the better one but Mark refuses because he doesn't have any feeling for the younger but after seeing his ex lover being happy with someone other he thought to move on , he plans to break up with haechan after he is over with his ex lover bcs he didn't want to play with youngers feeling but he didn't knew that he was already playing with it.. He proposed haechan and obviously haechan accepted bcs he loves him and he thought Mark was serious abt it but after few months haechan realize that Mark was not serious abt him and this relationship will end one day but he didn't leave Mark or get mad at him because he was so in love that he decided to stay till the end
