"Daniel," she murmured as she approached him. "How are you doing, Daniel?" she said, a smile on her face. "I-I am OK. "But, you are?" Daniel asked. He kept grabbing my hands in his.

Why is she here again? Her phony grin is too much for me. "Daniel," I murmured, and as soon as he heard me, he glanced at me, so I asked, "Who is she, Daniel?"

"Sheetal, she is Maria. "She's a childhood friend of mine," Daniel said. Maria and I exchanged glances.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw that girl. What is her name? Daniel, why are you holding her hand? Is that to say it's her girlfriend? Also, Daniel!

My heart swelled with delight as I gazed at him. Daniel, I've been missing you. I took a step closer to him. He was taken aback when he saw me. Auntie didn't say anything wrong. But then, out of nowhere, the girl spoke out. And Daniel said that she was a childhood friend of his. As soon as I heard, I stared at that girl before returning my gaze to Daniel. I tried to smile and asked, "Am I just your childhood friend, Daniel?" He stared at me with a shocked expression when he heard me.

And I observed that the girl's face had grown pallid.

Sheetal's point of view.

I was taken aback when I heard her. What the hell is she talking about? I turned to face Daniel, but he was engrossed in that girl. All of a sudden, I felt uneasy. "Daniel, say anything," I gripped his hand hard and tried to seem normal.

"oh, yeah." Daniel responded, "Nothing honey, she's joking." She burst out laughing when she heard Daniel. "Oh Daniel, I've been missing you, my darling," she exclaimed, hugging him in front of me. "Daniel, you're still the same," she remarked. "Yes," Daniel said, "and you also change a lot." "Am I?" she said, letting go of the grasp. She then turned to face me. "Hello, my name is Maria," she said as she introduced herself. "I am Sheetal," I answered, with a nod. "Sheetal? Daniel, your old attitude is oddly similar. "You haven't changed a bit," she said.

I looked towards Daniel as soon as I heard her. Old habit? What did she mean by that?

"What are you saying, Maria?" Daniel stated, "She is my girlfriend." She widened her eyes and glanced at each other as she heard Daniel. "What? girlfriend? She burst out laughing as she said, "You truly make a girlfriend."

I let out a sigh and dropped my gaze. When I initially met her, I noticed something strange about her.

"Oh, I'm sorry," she murmured as she stopped her laughter. Daniel stared at me, but I'm not sure why I can't face him right now. Daniel, I'm not sure what you did. And how many "friends with benefits" did you make?

"Actually, I assumed she was your friend because you treat your friends the same way you treat your girlfriend, "Maria said when she had stopped giggling. I took a slow, deep breath and attempted to be normal.

"Maria, what are you saying?" asked Daniel abruptly. "Why are you bringing those things up again?" "Hey, take it easy. Take nothing seriously, Sheetal. Actually, Daniel is so attractive that everyone wants to spend time with him, "Maria remarked as she gazed at him.

Her glance, on the other hand, was filled with love and devotion. A girl may understand how her beloved is perceived by other girls. I'm sure this girl likes Daniel, and because I'm good at psychology, I can deduce a lot of their attitudes, gestures, and mental processes.

"Yes, I didn't take it seriously," I responded with a light smile. " And Daniel, I know he was like that, but I think he's changed a lot, right Daniel?" With a nod, Daniel smiled. I smiled at her, and she smiled back. But I noticed something more in her movement that wasn't so nice.

"If Daniel has truly changed, I will be happier than anybody else," Maria said.

"I'm going," she mumbled as she spoke to Daniel. " I think you two need some room. We'll talk about it afterwards. " Daniel couldn't take his gaze away from Maria. Maria walked out of the room after saying this.

The door was shut.

For a moment, Daniel stood there. He had something on his mind. I gave him a sidelong glance and said, "Daniel."

Yes, he was shocked when he heard my voice.

I blinked my eyes shut and asked him frankly, "Do you want to talk to her?" After all, she is a childhood friend who has returned after such a long time. " I was feeling a bit uneasy in my heart as I was speaking. Suddenly, Daniel gave a puzzled face and answered, "Yeah, you're right." I have to speak with her."

I was taken aback when I heard him. I wasn't expecting him to respond in this way. I took a deep breath and nodded. I released his grasp and was going to open the door. "Sheetal, why are you leaving?" Daniel said abruptly. "Actually, I didn't say it that way, silly." He stated that with a strange look on his face.

"Don't you want to talk to her?" I said, turning back to him. "I'll do it later; there's no need for you to go right now," he said. He smiled brightly at me. "Wait here, sweetie, I'm going to change," he remarked before leaving to change. I sat on his bed, my gaze descending.
