She is a lone old woman who lives far away from city . She found Venny during an accident and took care of him . Venny takes her as his grandmother and his family . The area she lives in is quite and only have very few people living there . So when she got ill her neighbour was the one who found her by chance and took her to a hospital in the town . Thats why Venny took 45 mins , even from the cab to reach there .
