Episode 2

In the morning, everyone came to the dinning room for breakfast except Ellie. “I’ll go fetch her from her room”, Jack said while leaving for Ellie’s room.

“Ellie, you up????”

“I’m coming in, ok?”, Charles said while opening the door.

Inside the room was Ellie lying on the floor with 4 empty bottles of whiskey. She was unconscious and hot with fever. Jack put her to bed and called out for the other three to come up.

“Shit!!!”

“Did she drink all that?”, asked Charles in complete astonishment.

“No time for that, she’s got a fever.....a real high one.”

“Let’s ask Dean to come over...”, Jack sighed.

Dean was 22, he was a talented and reputed doctor. His father was also a doctor and worked for the O’Sullivan’s since long. He was very close to Jack and so after the annexation of the O’Sullivan’s by the five, Dean became their private doctor.

Dean reached in about 20mins. “ I’ve given her a few medicine's.... she’ll wake up in a while...”, he said somewhat unhappy.

“Are you guys fools??? How could you let her drink so much???”, he said agitated.

“Dean...”

“Ellie, u finally wake up...”, Sherry says in a relieved tone.

“Are you an idiot? Did you leave your brain at the bar yesterday?”, Dean said getting angry.

“Can’t you be a little more considerate to yourself????”

“Dean...I...”

“No excuses!!!”, Dean ordered. “Do you know what you could have caused yourself???”

“I’m sorry....”, Ellie replied.

“Ok stop you guys....Let’s go and have breakfast...”, Sherry said.

They all went down to the dinning hall. The meal was quiet. After the meal, Ellie suddenly said, “Guys I’ll leave for New York in sometime....At least until high schools over....my semester starts in September....I...”.

“No way!!”, Sherry interrupted angrily. “What about everything you have here, what you’ve worked on since years....you’ll leave it all just for a guy???”

“Sherry....I can’t continue here anymore....and we have one of our main offices in New York anyways....I’ll work from there...and about all that I have her...it’s all gone...”, Ellie sighed, “The things left for me to do...I’ll finish them by mid August and then I’ll leave...2 months more...just..2..months”.

“Wow!!...”, Dean exclaimed, “First you start smoking the shit out, then drink the **** out yourself and now leave everything behind and go to New York.... Amazing Death, amazing...”.

“Dean...”

“No, don’t say another word!!!”, Dean shouted.

“Dean Carter!!!....mind your tone out here!!!”, Ellie exclaimed angrily.

“Oh dear Death, now you come to this....I can’t believe it...I’m out”, Dean said getting up from the table.

“Dean...stop...don’t be like this....calm down”, Sherry said bringing him back to his chair.

“Death...I mean Ellie, if you really want to go then we can’t stop you...but just give it a thought...I mean look at what you’re leaving for...”, Jack said somewhat calmly.

“He’s right...If you really want to go we can’t stop you...but being a family we should help you choose the right thing to do...you can’t just leave everything behind just for a guy right...and that too a guy who doesn’t care about your existence...”, Charles agreed.

“I...I don’t know what to do...it’s just that...I can’t take this anymore...”, Ellie said.

“Think it through...we’ll discuss it later....it’s anyways starting of June...we have time...”, Ryan said.

“Hmm”.
