Vincent sat on his leather chair, staring at the documents piled on his desk. He rubbed his eyes, trying to get rid of the fatigue that had been accumulating throughout the day. He checked his watch and realized that his meeting with Mister Alfredo would start in just 30 minutes.

"Sir, your meeting will start with Mister Alfredo in 30 minutes. Please get ready," Isabela, his secretary, reminded him.

"Thanks, Isabela. You may get back to work now," Vincent replied, trying to sound as polite as possible.

"Yes, sir," Isabela said as she headed towards the door.

Vincent stopped her. "And oh, one more thing, can you cancel all my appointments this weekend and reschedule it. I've got some personal matter to do."

"Noted that sir. It will be done," Isabela assured him before closing the door behind her.

Vincent leaned back on his chair and closed his eyes. He knew he could trust Isabela to take care of things. She had been his secretary for years, and he considered her as one of his closest confidantes.

After a few minutes, he got up from his chair and walked towards the window. He gazed outside, looking at the view of the city. He loved this view, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline.

Vincent heard a knock on the door. "Come in," he said, turning around to face the door.

"Sir, Mister Alfredo is here," Isabela said as she opened the door.

"Thank you, Isabela," Vincent said as he walked towards the door.

Vincent sat there, lost in thought, until Isabela came in with his coffee. He thanked her and took a sip, relishing the taste of the hot liquid.

"Is everything okay, sir?" Isabela asked, sensing something was bothering Vincent.

Vincent sighed. "I'm just tired, Isabela. It's been a long day."

"I understand, sir. Is there anything I can do to help?" Isabela asked, concern etched on her face.

Vincent smiled. "Just having you around helps, Isabela. Thank you."

Isabela smiled back, and Vincent felt grateful to have her as his secretary. He knew that he could count on her no matter what.
