Chapter 1 Granpa

In Peak Green town. A starless night. Quiet atmosphere with a gentle breeze. A child was swinging his legs casually, whistling.

"Help! Help!"

From the end of the road, there was the sound of someone screaming as if he was groaning. The boy increased his pace, looking for the source of the sound.

"Grandpa," said the boy. His steps stopped right in front of a middle-aged man, his hair had turned white, and his body was only bones covered with skin.

"Grandpa, what kind of help do you want?" asked the little boy.

"Son, I want some food, can you help grandpa to get it?" asked the old man with a pitiful face and with his hands raised up.

"Wait a minute, Grandpa. I'm going to the shop in front of it, because I have a little money with me now," said the little boy to try to fulfill Grandpa's request.

The little boy then walked limply for fear that the money he brought was not enough to buy a plate of rice and other side dishes.

It turned out that when the little boy entered the food shop there was a free food distribution event there.

The fear that was felt by the little boy, disappeared, replaced by a happy smile because he saw the event being held by the shop.

The little boy finally joined the queue to get the free food that was being distributed by the shop. Until finally the little boy's turn was served by the officer who distributed the food.

“Hello, Sweet Child, what would you like to eat?” asked the tall and beautiful female officer greeting potential buyers who came over.

It wasn't long before the little boy started pointing at the foods he would choose.

He chose a cooked fish with a yellow seasoning, after that he chose a white tofu with chili seasoning and a little fruit.

The little boy was afraid, if he took too much food from here. He had to pay for it, even though there was a free food distribution event here.

Even though he knew but he was still afraid because the money he brought was not too much to buy luxurious food in this restaurant.

"Hey, kid. Is it true that this is all you want?" offered the female servant in a friendly manner and smiled broadly.

"Well that's that then. This is more than enough, later if I choose too much food here, I'm afraid I won't be able to pay all the bills," the little boy answered innocently.

"Wait a minute, kid. Brother, pack the food that you ordered earlier so you can easily carry it," the woman replied as she started to wrap the food for the little sister.

"Hi, Lena, after you wrapped the food, you went straight to my room," the leader ordered.

"Okay sir, after this is over, I will go straight to your room," replied the waitress named Lena.

After Lena finished packing the food for the little boy, she went straight to her boss's room.

“Lena, do you know where that little kid from earlier came from?” asked the leader.

"I do not know the origin of the child, sir. I only saw him enter from across the street, sir, it seems the food he ordered was not for him either," explained Lena to the leader.

But what was in the leader's mind was different from what Lena had explained to him, he felt something strange about the little boy.

The little boy was no ordinary child. So somehow he had to get to the little boy.

“Lena, now you bring that little boy back here. I want to meet him," the leader ordered.

"Okay sir, I will bring the little boy to your presence now," said Lena as she headed for the exit to look for the little boy.

Outside the restaurant.

“Grandpa, this is the food. Sorry, Grandpa. I only brought you food that was perfunctory," said the little boy as he handed over the plate containing the food he had chosen for Grandpa.

The grandfather happily accepted the food that the child had prepared.

"This is more than enough, sweet child. Come on, accompany grandpa to eat this food. This is too much for the portion of a grandfather like myself, "said the grandfather and he also thanked him.

Because of him, this old man was able to eat tonight. Without speaking he took out a small knife from inside his shirt and he wanted to hand it over to this little boy.

"Little brother, Grandpa has a gift for you, please accept it, sweet child," persuaded the grandfather who was about to give him a small knife.

"What is this grandpa? This is for me?” replied the little boy after receiving the gift given by the grandfather.

"Yes, it is a gift for you who have helped grandfather to find dinner for me now," said the grandfather to the little boy.

"Grandpa, it shouldn't be like that, because I sincerely help grandfather without expecting anything in return from grandfather," said the little boy smiling because he saw his grandfather voraciously eating the food.

"I also gave that as an expression of my gratitude to you little brother, for helping this old man to find food," the grandfather cheered because there was someone who could help him.

"Grandpa, don't overdo it in praising me, because what I just did was an obligation for a fellow human being," he said.

"Hey little brother, you still remember big brother right?" asked Lena to this little sister.

"Yeah, I still remember you. Brother's name is Ka Lena, isn't that right?" replied the little boy with a happy smile.

"That's right, little brother. What is this sister's name, I forgot to introduce you to my sister, sweet little sister," Lena coaxed to this little sister.

“My name is Rieza Yuan. You can call me Rieza, that's enough, right?" Rieza said to Lena who was still dreaming.

"Uh, yes Riza. Introducing my sister, Magdalena Tan, you can just call your sister Ka Lena," answered Lena by extending her hand to shake hands with Rieza.

By the time they both shook hands. Lena seemed to see a dragon flying behind Rieza's back. The dragon emitted a golden aura that was very dazzling to the eyes.

"What's wrong, Ka? How come daydreaming like that. Is there something strange behind my body?" Rieza said turning his neck back to make sure there was nothing behind there.
