Love After Marriage (Taekook) Grandfather

So, this was the deal. Taehyung's great grandfather was a great soldier during the civil war in Korea. He made some old age promise to his best friend that they would marry off their children to become one big family. Taehyung really do not know what went through their mind when all this was going down. Was there not a war for them to focus on? Unfortunately for him, both sides were only blessed with male alphas for two generations and Taehyung being the unlucky fellow just had to be an omega. Taehyung has always been super close to his grandfather and he absolutely adored him. After some time of convincing Taehyung, grandfather fell sick. He told Taehyung that it was his last wish to keep the promise that his father had made, and he hoped that Taehyung would fulfil his wish for him. Taehyung was reluctant, of course, but he decided that he would at least give it a try for his grandfather's sake. He did not want his grandfather to pass away being unhappy or not having had his wishes fulfilled.

So, Taehyung made the difficult decision to keep their promise and marry *That guy*. His grandfather passed away shortly after and Taehyung knew there was no turning back for him. Due to his sudden passing, they had to postpone meeting his(future husband) family and today was the day that they had agreed to meet. Their family was told to come over for dinner and "he" would be there. At least the parental units had the courtesy to let them see who they are marrying. Taehyung is just relieved that his prospective husband was raised where he was raised. At least Taehyung would not have a language or cultural barrier which could make it even more difficult to cope with the whole situation. According to his mother, his future *husband's* family love him, and they are excited to meet him.
