Reminder

Before leaving Mrs. and Mr. Smith reminded of the clause, wherein William has to get married. It’s already February and he will be turning 25 in September.

William reached his office and is talking to his secretary, James.

William love his grandparents more than he loves his parents. During his childhood, hos parents were rarely around him. It was only his grandparents, who would make him feel home and give him all the love. But he still feels that this clause is unnecessary.

—William’s Pov—

There is no quality that I am lacking to be a successful businessman. I did everything to make this business be at a height, where it is today. Yet, they have added this clause. Business and marriage are nothing similar, why do they have to do this to me.

“Damn...what should I do. It’s so difficult to find a girl that can please my grandparents,” said William, while still thinking.

“You really don’t worry boss, I have called a few girls here today. You can check, if are suitable enough and will be liked by Senior Mrs. and Mr. Smith. And if not you can just take them to a party and have fun to take your mind off from this clause,” said James consoling William.

I think James is right. I really need to get my mind of this and that is only possible with some beautiful girls around me. “Then what are you waiting for??” asked William.

A few minutes later, 3-4 girls entered in short dresses and wearing beautiful makeup. “You are my true friend, you know me so well,” said William to James.

After sometime they both left for a party with the girls.

— Naina’s house—

Since Naina is a student, she stays with her flatmate in a small studio apartment. Her roommate, Erina is from France and she is also her bestfriend. She can guess if somethimg is wrong with Naina by just looking at her face. The 2 have been studying in the same university and have known each other for 2 years. They have been inseparable since they first met.

Naina enters limping with one foot. “What the hell happened to you now???” asked Erina worriedly.

“I was saving an old man from accident, and injured myself a bit,” said Naina with a smile.

“Ahhh ...Naina, how many times this has happened to you? Why do you keep hurting yourself because you want to be a hero and save others. Listen, you don’t have to such softie. What do I do with you, a week ago, you sprained your leg because you were saving a dog,” said Erina.

“Leave all this, today I met a man....” before Naina could complete Erina interrupted “Really??? Thank god...finally you met somebody. Are you guys dating?”

“Erina just shut up.... and let me finish. I didn’t even like that man. Okay ... he was good looking like really good looking but he was arrogant as hell. I have never seen such obnoxious person in my life .....and honestly, I DON’T WANT TO SEE,” said Naina. She filled Erina with all the details.

“What rude man.. anyways, since you’ve injured yourself... I guess I have to cook today. Annnnddd.... we are eating French food....yuhuuu!!” Erina said enthusiastically. “But I wanted to eat Indian today,” cribbed Naina. “Oops.. but you are injured,” Erina expressed.

Both the girls cook at home. When Naina cooks it’s mostly Indian and when Erina cooks it’s mostly French.
