Rice Fields

The areas near the mountains in Lan Kong Town house fewer residents, as most of the the village scenery and plentiful farms remain untouched.

Lan Kong Town boasts an abundance of rich fields, with a noticable amount of the population thriving on agricultural practices.Before the sun greets the horizon many farmers are already working hard, their sweat nurturing every inch of farmland.

"Here, have some of our latest treats." Joyce, the boss lady of Voez café brings out a platter of delicate pasteries and a mug of hot tea. The scent of lemon lingers in the air, slowly dissapating in the vivid atmosphere of the café.

"Thank you Auntie~" Chelsea, who barely gets a chance for some fresh air outside the shop specially went for a stroll to the suburb café for some afternoon tea, also to brainstorm new products for the bakery. Besides the hot tea and desserts served by the boss lady, pastry recipes that Chelsea bought over cover the rest of the table.

"Please call me big sister, I'm still a young teenage girl. Just a bit older than you guys." The boss lady exclaimed with a grin while slightly pinching Chelsea's nose.

"Yes ma'am." Chelsea giggled, then returned back to her pile of research.

To help the bakery expand it's range of products, Chelsea uses her breaks between homework sessions to study foriegn pastery recipes, hopefully combining local ingredients and baking methods to create something new.

"Hmm, the kumquat and dragon fruit from last time didn't taste quite well...maybe the flavor didn't blend together right...if that stupid brother could just help me out here, he's actually really good at this".

"Is Lance at home tending to the shop like he's supposed to?" Chelsea suddenly remembered. Even though it was Lance's turn, if same situation from last time happened again...she was still worried that things won't go according to plan. Chelsea whipped out her cellphone from her bag.

"Might as well call back and check" Chelsea mumbled.

"OMG it's so hot..." Yuko wearing a summer dress pushed open the main door sweating profusely. Qian Qian was also soaked in sweat, but only silently wiped her face with paper towels.

"Aren't they here yet? We were supposed to be here at 2PM to do homework together." Yuko's eyes scanned the room but failed to catch a glimpse of Jessy and Ocean's presence.

They all agreed to do summer vacation homework and prepare for the exam together, but when Yuko and Qian Qian arrived at Voez café they were no where to be found.

The boss lady walked in from aside to greet them.

"Good afternoon Yuko, Qian Qian. Aren't you guys planning something fun for summer vacation?" The boss lady is wearing a chiffon top and skin tight jeans, even in casual attire her sophisticated beauty shines radiantly.

"Sister Joyce, we were supposed to have some afternoon tea over homework with some classmates...although it seems they're running late." Qian Qian cordially called the boss lady by name, and the affectionate call of sister provoked a sweet smile from the boss lady.

"Why don't you come have a seat. I'll bring some hot tea and new treats that just arrived today." The boss lady cheerfully brings them to a table near the window. Looking out, the grassy frontyard and surrounding rice fields come into view.

"Forget them, I'm digging in now!" Yuko laughs while picking up some utensils, enjoying the delicious sweets with Qian Qian.

"Achoo~" Ocean sneezes whilst lying on the grass. He rubs his groggily eyes and gets up; not far away the lighthouse stands steadily upon the gorge, patiently waiting to continue it's job once the comes.

"I think...I'm forgetting something..." Ocean falls back on the grass and yawns.

"Whatever I'm going back to sleep..."
