Xiao Chen took my hands in his warm ones. The officiant started with his speech with " Good evening, to family , friends and others. It is a pleasure for us and this lovely soon to be wife and husband for you to come and witnessing their love." and then he continued with " Today is such a lovely day. The day in which our bride Qi Linlin and our groom Xiao Chen decided to marry each other. How about we heard the vows of our groom and then the bride..?" Everyone clapped their hands.

Xiao Chan started saying " Linlin , the first time I saw you, no other girl was the same as you nor as beautiful as you so that's why I would I always tease you. We've been together for so long. I can't imagine living my life without you or it will break my heart. I want to have my offspring with you. I want to be the father of our child. I want to be the one whom you depend on for your rest of your life. I love you so much." His speech left me sobbing a bit. But his tone of voice was slightly weird and his eyes , they held the emotion of bored. Was it my imagination ....? Maybe.

" Xiao Chen, to tell the truth I had a crush on you since the first time I met you but was too shy to confess it to you. Whenever you talked to me I would always like if I didn't care but I was totally nervous from the inside. God brought you to my life and things changed for the good. I want to live my life with you till our last breath. My love for you is real. Wherever you go my heart will go with you. I love you so much." I said with a big grin showing in my lips.

The officiant started with the vows he was supposed to say " Do you, Qi Linlin , take Xiao Chen, as your husband , to have and to hold from this day forward , for better , for worse , for richer , for poorer , in sickness and in health , to love and to cherish , till death do you apart ?"

" Yes , I do. " I gushed out wanting this wedding to be at it's final end. The guests laughed at my silliness. Xiao Chen stood there with a smirk plastered in his face all this while.

" Now.  Do you, Xiao Chen , take Qi Linlin, as your wife , to have and to hold from this day forward , for better , for worse , for richer , for poorer , in sickness and in health , to love and to cherish , till death do you apart ?"

Silence is all we've got. What was wrong with him..? Today he was acting strange. I lifted my hand and touch his. But he slapped them away. I was utterly taken aback by his sudden wild action. My hand sting a little. I looked at it and saw it was bruised red and some blood coming out.

I lifted my head and looked at him. " Xiao Chen. " I said softly but he just looked at me. This time his stare was cold. What was happening..? I wen to call him again but before I could the officiant cleared his throat and asked again. " Ahem... Do you take Qi Linlin as your wife..? "

He tore his eyes from me and looked at the officiant then at everyone here. Lastly his eyes came back to me. He smirked mockingly towards me and said in a loud clear and cold voice the words that broke my heart entirely " NO."

I , what ..?  " Xiao Chen you are kidding ...right..?" I asked him and continued saying without letting him reply. " Stop playing around. Ahahaha. " and let out soft forced laugh.

" No. My. Answer. Is. No. " He said this time louder and angry.

" Wh-ha-at ... wh-hy-y..? " I asked him bewildered. " Is something wrong..? "

He sighed and did something that made my world stop. He pulled out something from his pants pockets. It was a gun. What was he doing with a gun..? I was once puzzled , again. Then he pointed it to me. I widen my eys but then the look in his eyes and seeing the angle of the gun more clearly it was to someone behind me. I turn my head around and " BAM, BAM. " Two gunshots were heard and the people started screaming around and running towards the anywhere away from this place. But no matter I couldn't believe it. He shoot to someone important in my life. My father.

I cried out and went running towards him whom was on the floor and blood gushing out of his wound. My mom fainted beside him. " Dad ...hic ...no.. hic.. no.. stay.. st-tay .. wit-th .. m-me.. " I keep mumbling these words again and again. But then he touched my face with his hand and just like taht his eyes closed and his hand laid limped on his side. I sob harder.

I turn my head around facing the culprit of my dad's condition. " What is wrong with you.? Why did you shoot him..?" I yelled at him feeling angry.

"Baabeee.... so you haven't told her..? " A female voice sounded out loud. The female was beautiful; indeed. She may be a superstar. She approached us and kissed him.

I was puzzled. Why is she kissing him and what broke me more was that he kissed her back. Why is he doing this..?

" You.. how .. can ..you..? " I yelled at him. Tears poured down my face. I bet that my makeup was smeared.

" She will be my wife. I love her. You were just a plaything. " He said , his face showing displeasure.

" What ..? How can you.. how can you do that to me..? " I screamed at him feeling mad of being used.

" How can I not..? when you were just easy to play with.. but let me tell you it was fun." He said and laughed aloud with that woman on his arms.

I was dumbfounded. I asked the thing that only mattered to me " So .. you never loved .. me ..? All those sweets words were lies..? "

" Pffffttttttt.......come on......don't act stupid......love you..? Are you worth being loved..? " He asked and this left me breaking me harder. I was a plaything for him. He never loved me . All this was a lie .

Then I heard someone's footsteps nearing. I didn't bother lifting my head. I was tired, broken. Things are a mess. Things are getting worse.

" Miss, are you Qi Linlin..? " Someone asked from above me. I lifted my head and saw that it was an lady officer asking me. Beside her was a male officer.

" Yes." I said barely a whisper as I wiped y tears away. But no matter what they would just fall down.

" Please come with us to the police station. " She stated. I was dumbfounded. Why would I need to go there..?

" Hmm.. sorry police officer. But may I ask .. why...? " I questioned her.

She looked at me for a moment and said  " Someone reported you in stealing important information from a company and leaking them out. Also a young female girl reported you in beating a guy and killing him at night in the streets."

" What..? " I voiced out loud. Now I was getting mad. What stealing and killing. I would never in my life do that.

" Don't do anything rash. We have evidence. " The male officer said while taking a handcuff from his side pants in case I would do something.

" Now what. Evidences..? I never did the things you said...? " I snapped at them.
