Loud laughs and different voices could be heard from where I was. Me being too excited to know who they are. I went to the big living room. First thing I saw was my parents talking with an lovely elderly couple. And a guy my age with his back facing me. His style of clothes seemed way too familiar. I went to my parents and gave them a big hug like everyday.

" Mom , dad . " I squealed all happy not even bothered acting like this in front of strangers.

" Oh, it looks like my baby girl is home. Have you eaten..? " Asked my dad knowing the answer.

I let out small nervous laugh and said " No..? " more like a question.

He sighed and gave me a soft hit in the head with his knuckles not hurting me. " Little girl, when are you going to stop worrying me , huh..? "

" I know , i know daddy. But the school's canteen food taste horrible. Mom's wonton dumpling soup tastes better. " I whined out . He just chucked and my mom gave me a look of pure adoration.

" Oh my. Look at this young girl. Dear I wish I could also have a daughter. " A soft woman's voice was heard. The person in front of me was not someone I expected him to be here. I had a shocked face. When he looked up at me his face was priceless the same as mine. He was Xiao Chen.

" Omg , why are you here..? " We screamed together at the same time and I pointed my index fingers at him. Oh no it seems like I forgot my manners.

" Oh ..so you guys know each other..? " Asked our parents all them having a mischievous face. Weird . We nodded our heads and they seemed content about something. What was wrong with them..?

" Well you guys should get along since we are going to spend a year with each other living in the same roof. " Said my mom.

Dinner was ready and went to eat. The atmosphere between Xiao Chen and me was awkward.

Anyway since that day things were really different. We first started as enemies but deep down I had a crush on him but of course I won't tell him that. Then we became friends as days went by. Things got better. He proposed to me in our last week in Greece. I was happy. We were happy. When we came back from our trip as fast as we could we started preparing for the wedding. I know it was way too fast but I loved him and wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. I imagined having four children with him. And staying at his side till we were old till our last breath. Wonderful.

These two months we spend it working on wedding preparations. One day my father called me to his study room. He told me that he was old already and that I was old enough to manage his company and I didn't complain at all. I started preparing myself to be the president of Qi company group since I was in college so things weren't hard. I also had a hard-working assistant called Vivian with me .Xiao Chen would sometimes come to the company visiting me and making sure I wasn't sick. Things were perfect.

The day of my wedding came. The morning was bright than ever. But my heart was heavy , like if something bad would happen. I keep telling that to my mom was always reassuring me that everything will be fine. We decided the wedding place to be in an hotel near the ocean. The venue was right beside the beautiful blue crystalized ocean. The venue decorated with deep red roses, pink and white balloons. Today was my day and I couldn't express how happy I was. People were already in the venue. Our family were seated together. The females of honor were with the bride in which they were my friends. The male of honors were with the groom in which they were also our male friends since school.

The time came were the groom was waiting for her bride in the altar. The bride slowly walked out with her father with her arms interlocked together with his.

When I saw the man in the altar, my soon to be husband, the love of my life, I couldn't stop but letting out some tears fall from my eyes with a big smile in my face. He was so handsome.

Now we were in front of him. My father let go of my arms and went back to where my mother was seated after telling him few words that I wasn't allowed to heard.
