Drenched in cold sweat, tiptoeing, I carefully climb down the wooden stairs- from upstairs to down. To the living.
Taking a freezing cold shower wasn't enough for me to sober up seemingly.
Cold shiver runs down my spine when I enter the dining room after checking out if she's there yet. Thankfully, she wasn't around.
I set on one of the empty chairs, seeing Samira approach me with a jug of juice in her hands.
Serving the mango juice, she passed a filled glass to me silently before taking her seat.
Without rethinking, I gulped the pleasant juice in one breath. Then__ she passes a plate with three sandwiches on it to me. Without even speaking. I devoured them very quickly.

Pushing away the plate when I was full, I looked up to meet Samira's childish smile.
So- She can speak English? Great!
I offered a friendly smile.
