Introduction

In the land of Guanghu, natural energy that plants and animals survive on was declining every year. The three ancestors of the species - wingless, kyers and beastman made a pact to ensure the peace for a million years, never interfering in each realm’s operations nor violating the truce. A hundred thousand years had passed as the wingless graduallly forgot about the agreement and grew powerful both in number and strength.

The kyers and beastmen retreated into their realm rarely coming out in order to not be killed, mistaken as a foreign invader. Martial Arts - a branch technique of a whole cultivation consisting of four other books - was regarded as the most supreme arts to subdue spirit beasts and defend themselves by the human descendants.

Everyone in the land had veins which would be forcefully opened at the age of 10 for awakening inner qi. The amount of qi depends on their parent’s inheritage. One can increase inner qi through hard work but the sons of nobles rarely does that for the amount they receive at birth would be enormous, consequently, commoners are oppressed with the excuse of being weaker.
