Mike was not sure if Boyce was being sarcastic, so he smiled and tried to smooth things over. "It's normal for a couple to quarrel and have conflicts. Mr. Clark..."

"Cancel the cooperation." Boyce, who had been laughing and joking just now, had a cold expression on his face. "My wife passed away three years ago. If Mr. Jones still disrespects her, don't blame me for turning my back on you."

The "wife" he spoke of was the dead Anna.

In the heart of Boyce, Anna was her only woman.

Robin smiled indifferently and sat on the sofa casually. He looked at Olivia who was crawling on the ground, "Mr. Clark, don't misunderstand. I'm just here to have fun. There's no need to be so wary of me."

He crouched down, raised Olivia's face, and carefully examined her. "I didn't take a closer look just now. But wow! Talia has always had a sharp eye."

Olivia could no longer hold back her tears. Boyce stepped on her hand without any intention of moving away. He looked at Robin warily, "Mr. Avery, are you interested?"

Boyce sneered and finally raised his foot. "She's just a plaything. If you like her, just take her. However, I have to remind you out of friendship. The women here are all very dirty. Mr. Avery, don't get sick."

Robin smiled, "Thanks for the reminder."

Olivia's entire arm went numb for the pain. The next second, she felt wrapped up in warm clothes. Then, someone picked her up and brought her out of the distressing room.

Robin brought her to a clean room and gently placed her on the bed.

She sat up with difficulties and weakly said, "Thank you..."

"Don't thank me yet."

Olivia smiled bitterly. Someone said this again.

After Boyce said this, he sent her to 4U Club to abort the child. After Talia said this, she became a waitress. What about this person? What other tricks did he have?

After waiting for a long time, she heard the sound of rushing water from the bathroom.

Robin went to the bathroom and prepared the water, "Take a good bath and rest. You can say thank you anytime."

He carried Olivia to the bathroom and soaked her in the warm water. He comforted her, "Call me if you need any help. I'll be outside."

Olivia nodded and looked at his back as he left. He asked, "Why did you save me?"

It was not a wise decision to fight Boyce for her.

Robin was silent for a long time before he turned around and went out, "You look like an old friend of mine."

Olivia let out a bitter laugh. She tugged at her injured jaw and frowned in pain, thinking, "An old friend! Another old friend. I have lost my life to old friends."

The water was slightly hot. Olivia slowly sank and looked at this illusory world from the bottom of the water.

A male voice sounded in confusion, "What, do you want to commit suicide?"

Olivia came out of the water and covered herself in bubbles. "No. I don't."

"Suicide is the most cowardly behavior. Miss Olivia, if I were you, even if I were to die, I wouldn't let the person who harmed me have a good time." Robin sat next to the bathtub with a cigar in his hand.

A hint of sadness flashed across Olivia's eyes. "I won't be able to defeat him."

Boyce was now omnipotent in Rheinsville City. She was just a hostess. This was a game that was destined to lose. The result could be foreseen before it even began.

"I know myself." Olivia said, "I tried. No matter how hard I try, I can't win against that old friend."

Robin chuckled and looked at the cigarette in his hand. "Have you smoked?"

Olivia shook her head. The Miller family had strict upbringing rules. When her father was alive, not to mention smoking, she did not even take a sip of beer. She was educated as a rich young lady. Who knew that she would ruin herself like this?

"Do you want to try?"

Olivia looked up at him in puzzlement.

Robin didn't force her. He stood up, "Some things are just like cigarettes. If you don't try, how will you know the result? I need to go now. Rose, I can help you once or twice. But I can't always arrive in time. At the end of the day, people have to rely on themselves."
