Episode 9

When I told her that we would be going back home, she was happy. I thought she wouldn't like the idea, but this woman is not ordinary. Anyone else would have been happy to be in Hawaii, but she only wanted to go back.

I don't know how I'll endure this little girl and her arrogance. I went up to my room to fetch my phone, which I had left there. Villa Isabel had everything prepared for our return.

I grabbed my phone and instructed the bellboy to help with the luggage. Isabel continued to smile triumphantly, which was the opposite of what I initially wanted.

We arrived at the airport, boarded the jet, and once again, we didn't exchange a word. She slept almost the entire journey while I had a bit of unfinished work to catch up on. I took advantage of the trip to answer emails and review proposals, so from the moment we took off, I dedicated myself to that.

Finally, we arrived in the city. I wanted to visit my father, but this idiot didn't allow me because he said we should go home first. The home we will share for the next two years, I don't know how I'll endure it.

Santiago: "Little girl, you can do whatever you want inside the house. I don't want you to go out. Later, I will take you to visit your father, but you won't be able to leave without my permission. Are you in agreement?" (He said coldly and authoritatively)

Isabel: "What are you talking about? I am not your prisoner. Besides, I have classes next week, and I won't skip them. Don't think I'll neglect my studies because of this stupid marriage." (She said somewhat agitated)

Santiago: "Well, this stupid marriage is saving your father's company. So, don't act high and mighty with me, just obey." (He said threateningly, as he always used to do)

Isabel: "I hate you. You're an imbecile." (While turning her back and continuing her way)

Santiago: "Will, make sure this woman doesn't leave the house, or you will lose your job." (He said to his security chief, watching Isabel walk away)

Will: "As you wish, sir."

I arrived at the house's entrance, and an employee greeted me. She showed me to my room, which was spacious. The closet was enormous, the bathroom was beautiful with a large bathtub, and let's not forget about the king-sized bed. The room was decorated in a classic style. I loved it.

The only thing I didn't like was the husband I was married to. I clearly saw him entering the room. I was surprised because I thought we wouldn't be sharing a room here. It made sense in the hotel, but now it would only be him and me.

He said that if he gave the order, the employees would never mention that we slept separately.

I can't believe it. I really can't stand his presence, it irritates me.

Before arriving in the city, I asked one of my employees to move all my things to the lady's room because we would be sleeping together, and it was something normal.

But I only did it out of spite. Originally, I was going to give her space, but because she's a spoiled and arrogant little girl, I'm going to punish her.
