Move In To My House

"Hey..Wait why are you dragging me?I have work to do,"Noran was being dragged to Carl's car.

"Shhhh. get in,"Carl said in front of his car.

"Why?Where are you taking me?"

Carl grabbed her and put her inside the car and got inside the car himself.He glanced at her once and drove away.

Inside the car, Noran kept staring at Carl and tried to figure out what did he want.

"What? Bewitched by your husband's handsome face,"said Carl with a chuckle.

"Not at all. Where are you taking me anyways?"said Noran with a serious face.

"No need to be so tensed. We are going to our home."

"Our home??"

"You will move in to my home."

"Wait..why must I?"

"Married couples should live together."

"But we just agreed with others not to interfere in other's life."

"I never said married couples can't live together."

Seeing it was useless to talk it out and convince him, she kept quiet for the rest of the journey and looked outside the window.

They arrived in front of a big mansion."This will your home from now on. Go inside."

"Woah you must be rich to own such a mansion for yourself,"said Noran as she passed through the gate.

They got inside the mansion.Inside there was an old man standing."He is Uncle John. He takes care of this house. If you need anything you can just tell him."

"Good afternoon sir,"said Noran politely. Uncle John bowed his head to show courtesy.

Carl took Noran's hand and showed her the way to the bedroom."From now on this will be our room. Are you satisfied?"

Noran's inner thoughts,"Are you kidding am I satisfied or not?This room is even bigger and more exquisite than my house..." Coming to her senses,she said," Wait what..why must I stay in the same room as yours?"

"It is necessary for newlyweds. Besides you must -" his phone started ringing. It was Aria's call. He frowned. He turned down the call. But Aria was persistent in her calls. He went out of the room.

Noran started to look at her phone to call her manager that she will be late for work.

"Uh do not worry your husband has applied leave for you."

"Huh? Who-"

"Sorry talk to you later ,"saying this the manger ended her call.

Carl got inside the room and told Noran to come eat lunch downstairs.

"Wait did you apply leave for me?"

"Yes"

"How do you know my workplace?"

"I picked your namecard that you dropped when getting down the car."

"Oh..."

They both go downstairs, eat their lunch and go inside the drawing room.

"You are being too nice to me your real girlfriend would be jealous," said Noran with a straight face.

"Oh...I must be responsible to my wife for now."

"You do not need to. I am just fine as long as you don't bring trouble to me,"said Noran. Carl looked at her aloof look and thought how different she was from others.

Noran looked around and remembered that her things were at her home so she asked Carl," I need to go back home.I do not have my things here."

"Do not worry I told someone to move your belongings here,"said Carl as he got up from the sofa." I have some work to do. I will come back tonight. You can do anything you want for the rest of the day."

After Carl left, Noran thought of things to do other than work.She was an employee in a big company in the department of finance and she was a make-up artist as well. In her freetime she would sketch in her drawing book.

Many hours passed and the sun had set. Noran looked at the clock to see that its already dinnertime and she noticed that Carl had not yet returned. She had her dinner which Uncle John had prepared and asked," Will he return today?" Uncle John nodded his head. He was not much sociable. She told him that she was tired and gonna sleep.

After an hour, Carl arrived home and saw that Noran had already gone to sleep. He washed himself and got on the bed. He got nearer to Noran and hugged her to sleep. Feeling a touch on her back she turned her face to see who was it.

Carl's face was shining as the moon shone on his face and his silky hair falling to his eyes made him look more charming and handsome. He was so tired that he already fell asleep.

Seeing how he looked like A little child when he was sleeping , Noran smiled thinking,"Somehow he looks cuter when he is quiet and sleeping like this. He is not a bad person I guess." and patted on his head. She hugged him back thinking," It is so warm. Its been a very long time since I felt such warmth in my life." She fell asleep.

In the moonlit windy night, both slept peacefully hugging together and in the warmth which was missing somewhere in their life.
