Chapter 3: PRANKS AND PUNISHMENTS

Bella’s POV

“WHAT THE FLYING FUCK !!??”, Kai screamed followed with an “OWW ! OWW ! OWW !” as he jumped around the apartment on one foot and finally fell face first in a bowl of cow piss.

“What happened, Sir ?”, I innocently asked as I crouched near him and tried hard to stifle my giggles. “Are you hurt ?”, I feigned kindness.

“You little brat”, he fumed. “YOU stuffed burning coal in my shoes and placed that gallon of shit”, he accused me furiously.

“Those are very weird places to keep your crappy things, Kai and dear me, did you accuse me without evidence ?”, I stated with a shocked face while dramatically putting my hand over my ‘O’ shaped, open mouth.

“Who else ?”, he sarcastically said while blowing his toes. “You terrorizing piece of shit better be careful from now on coz I am gonna fucking ruin your life here”, he threatened.

Haha.

I would love to see him try.

Ofcourse he can’t.

“Tch. Tch. Tch. Don’t make pathetic promises, professor”, I tsked. “Now be a good boy and quickly clean up this mess you made before you get late for class”, I smirked and left him alone glaring at me.

Bella’s POV

“You do know how to make everyone’s heads turn around, girl”, a well meaning girl chuckled sweetly as she approached me outside the Admin’s office. “Hi ! I am Tyra. You must be new here”, she remarked while putting out her hand for a friendly handshake.

“Hey ! I am Bella. You are right. I am new here and I wanted to get the schedule for the Business Course”, I replied while shaking her hand.

“Let me help you with that”, she self volunteered cheerfully and let me in inside the Admin Office.

The lady behind the desk quickly went through the formalities and various procedures and finally handed out my schedule to me.

Tyra peaked into my schedule and exclaimed, “Oh ! We have the same schedule !! I guess you are stuck with me now, Bella”, Tyra chuckled and I could tell that I already liked her.

I was already feeling like I found a long lost friend in her !

“I really don’t mind. Actually, I guess we are going to have a lot of fun together”, I chuckled back and she smirked at that playfully.

“C’mon then, Bella bear. You will enjoy with the rest of the gang too”, Tyra winked and led me to our classroom.

“Yo mama bear ! Whatcha happening to you, gal ?”, an equally beautiful dainty girl squealed when she noticed Tyra enter the classroom and flung herself on her like an eager dog leaping on his master for a ‘welcome home’ hug.

I rolled my eyes to the side and I noticed three other gorgeous, foxy handsome boys smirking in the background and by their looks I could tell that were definitely chick magnets.

“Easy Freya”, one of the boys laughed as we watched the new girl, Freya take Tyra in a bone crushing hug. “You will surely kill her with your death hugs”, he playfully teased.

“Shut up, Max. I met my best friend after so long”, she huffed.

“Don’t make it your last”, the second boy commented making the others laugh and Freya raise her middle finger at him.

“You are just jealous that you are not my best friend”, she humphed.

“And I am so thankful for that”, he chuckled and got a well deserved smack on his head by both Freya and Tyra.

“Who is this lovely lady with you, mama bear”, the reserved guy and the last boy of the gang spoke while gesturing his eyes towards me.

“This is Bella guys. She is in our Business course class and Bella, this guy who asked about you is Dominic, the jealous guy here is Conor and lastly, this is my boyfriend, Max !”, she introduced.

“Hey !”, both Conor and Freya wailed simultaneously and then looked at each other in surprise before bursting out laughing.

“You go first, babe”, Conor sweetly said and pecked Freya’s lips making her blush.

Guess they are a couple. Cute.

“You didn’t introduce me !”, Freya whined.

“And you called me jealous, monkey face”, Conor scoffed.

“Jesus. Such kids”, Tyra rolled her eyes but then decided to make amends. “This is my best friend since diaper days, Freya and that’s not a jealous guy but an annoying brat who is her boyfriend too”, Tyra introduced and got a deadly glare from Conor in return.

“So what brings you here, Bella ?”, Freya good naturedly asked.

“I uh wanted to pursue Business Studies after finishing college so I joined the one year program”, I truthfully answered.

“And I saw her profile report in the Admin Office and guess what ?”, Tyra squealed in excitement. “She is only 17 years old !” she exclaimed.

“Whoa ! We got a young prodigy in our group !!!”, Dominic responded appreciatively. “Colour me impressed, Bella bear”, he winked.

“Actually I will be 18 years old next month”, I sheepishly said and the rest only grinned at me in return, maybe amused by my embarrassingly red face.

“You are so cute, baby girl”, Freya pinched my cheeks and led me towards the seat right in front of the middle row.

Not that I minded the front row but I was more of a badass back bencher type of girl.

“You guys are gonna sit in the front ?”, I raised my eyebrow questioningly.

“Yeah because you are a nerd and would want to sit here”, Max replied with a shrug.

“Stereotypical”, I hissed and rolled my eyes.

I strode towards the back row and flung my bag in the back seat while the others joined in.

“You keep surprising me, Bella”, Dominic smirked and sat next to me.

“What’s so surprising in sitting at the back ? In fact it is the best seat to eat, sleep and repeat with intervals of throwing stuff on the teach”, I shrugged with an innocent look on my face.

“Hell no. We don’t believe you !”, Conor countered with disbelief lacing his voice.

“You don’t have to believe everything in this world, Mister”, I smart mouthed back.

“Seems like the boys found their match”, Tyra chuckled making Freya give an agreeing giggle too.

“Scoot over guys now. Lemme sit too”, Freya demanded and soon enough the whole gang was spread across two rows.

Suddenly I took a gum out of my mouth and catapulted it across the room so that it stuck straight on the white duster.

Hmm.

Good shot.

And white gum on a white duster. Awesome.

“Oh my God, Bella ! What was that for ?”, Conor asked dumbfounded.

“Diaz”, I simply answered.

“What ?”, he deadpanned.

“Call me Diaz, Conor”, I repeated.

“Oh ok, Diaz. Now what’s with that gum incident ?”, he asked again.

“Oh that ? Watch me do it again”, I smirked and I saw Dominic give an amused side grin from the corner of my eye.

“There you go, Rowler”, I cooed to my rat and flung a piece of cheese in the teacher’s chair.

Rowler will get it when the teacher comes.

He knows the drill.

Today’s class is gonna be so fun.

I really pity the teacher who will be taking our first period now.

“Damn Diaz ! You are a devil in sheep’s skin”, Max remarked while laughing.

“Once the fun dies out, I guess I am gonna sleep after that”, I shrugged.

“You are really something, Diaz”, Dominic mused and shook his head in amusement while chuckling.

“Why has Mr. Grayson not arrived yet ?”, Tyra asked in astonishment. “He has never been late in all these years !”, she added.

“Talk of the devil and here he comes”, Max chuckled and I was surprised by what I saw.

Jesus H. Christ !

So this is Mr. Grayson ?

I thought he was joking even till now.

He is really a prof ?

Oh fuck !

“Mornin class !”, Kai heartily greeted with a bad boy aura around him making the boys of the class snicker in jealousy and the slutty girls to fawn all over him.

It was amusing to watch the calm before the storm and I simply whistled Rowler, my rat to get his act together.

The bitches finally made a frantic beeline away from the gorgeous professor and the squeaking rat.

Their heels squished on the dirty rat poop and a white rat came in their unfortunate sight.

Chaos prevailed for a long time with hilarious acts of girls yelling or fainting on sighting the culprit rat around them and the funniest moment happened when a really heavy girl jumped right into a hopeless Kai’s arms squealing for help making the both of them tumble down the stage.

I could bet my ass that the infuriating prof was suffocating under the girl’s weight over him.

Awww. Poor Kai.

Finally, after a good 20 minutes of chaotic mess, yelling and a thrown away rat, the class finally settled down to silence while Kai absentmindedly dusted the white board only to get the duster get stuck to the board because of the gum.

“Ms. Diaz ! Stand up and get out of the class. RIGHT NOW !!!”, he commanded in his surprisingly frightening voice without even turning back to face me or the class in general !

What the hell !

How does he know ?

Does he have eyes at the back too ?

“Suck it up, Mr. Grayson. I am not gonna do shit for you”, I sang out from behind making the whole class laugh at the prof.

“I am going to repeat myself one last time, Miss. After that I will personally throw you in the dumpster bin in the Dean’s office”, he growled.

“Oh my ! Why would you do that to a new student, Sir ?”, I innocently asked.

“We will hear your crimes in the Dean’s office now. Shall we ?”, he smirked.

“No. I will not be treated unfairly just because I am a new student here”, I protested.

“Very well then”, he calmly responded and gave an evil side smile before he climbed up the stairs to reach the back bench where I sat.

“I warned you before, Ms. Diaz”, he coldly said and before I knew it my feet were walking on their own accord while Kai held onto my hand.

“The fuck ?”, I breathed out lowly when I noticed myself walking without any resistance whatsoever.

“And you get after class detention for using swear words”, he added on my misery.

I hate him so much !

I would happily unplug his life support to charge my phone if he ever was on one.

Ughh.

“How about we make a deal ?”, I suggested out of the blue as we neared the Dean’s office.

“Uh hun. Go on”, he urged.

“I will cook all the meals for you for one whole week if you let me go this time and cancel my detention”, I claimed.

“I want my meals free of your spit or any other poison”, he bargained.

“Deal”, I agreed.

“Deal”, he consented too as we shook hands and headed back to class.

I walked a little behind him and as soon as we turned round the corner, I stepped at the heel of his shoe making him trip but luckily for him he caught the wall in time and balanced himself back on his steady feet.

“Ms. Diaz, what was that for ?”, he glared murderously while seething with rage.

“Oops I am sorry Sir. It happened by mistake”, I sweetly apologized. “I promise not to do it again”, I said while making puppy eyes.

“Don’t act smart in front of me, Bella. I swear if you pull off another prank then I will lock you up in the bathroom of our apartment and leave you tied up in a tub of ice”, he threatened.

What a jerk.

“Ok”, I grumbled and we finally entered the classroom, only to come face to face with the Dean herself !

“Mr. Grayson ! Where have you been in the middle of the class and why is their rat poop all over the teacher’s platform ?”, she demanded in an angry voice.

Kai for some reason looked towards me and then gave me an evil smirk before he made a puppy face and turned towards the Dean with the most innocent look.

Oh no no.

This looks bad. So bad.

I guess I am in trouble because of this devil now.

“A very good morning to you, Ms Sanchez ! I was trying to find you only”, he beamed.

What !?

Noooooo.

He said he won’t rat me out after the deal !!!

“Oh really ? And why is that so ?”, the Dean asked surprised.

“This is Bella Diaz, the new student of the Business course, Ms. Sanchez and ….”, he trailed off and suddenly dropped his voice to a whisper and continued, “she revealed that she wanted to work extra time as your assistant for the next one week that is till the time Macy is on leave. So I decided to bring her to you before you decided to fill the position”, he said while flashing a mischievous grin towards my side.

That’s absolute bullshit !

Just you wait, Kai.

Let my Lycan surface up when I turn 18.

I will make her tear you apart and eat you up limb by limb !!!

“I knew it that you were a very sincere girl, Ms Diaz when I saw you the first time. It is really kind of you to volunteer for the assistant post. You can start from today. Make sure to be in my office after the end of your classes that is at sharp 4 o’clock”, the Dean said and trotted out of the class in her visibly painful 3 inch pencil heels.

“That will be all, Ms Diaz. You can go back to your seat”, Kai smugged and continued the lesson while I devised ways to get back at him for what he had fucking done.
