Chapter 28 Breaking legs

After seeing Saward off, Lin Yuan returned to the villa.

As he entered he heard their conversation.

"Hurry up and get ready. Tonight's concert will be held. This is a rare opportunity for international stars. I managed to find us some tickets. Don't take too long."

Ye Xiaoxiao said excitedly.

Lin Yuan thought about it, he did see a piece of news this morning that a world-class superstar would come to the city to hold a concert. It was said that it was hard to get a ticket for everyone.

However, Lin Yuan was not too excited about the matter. After all, no matter what kind of international star would visit, he was just an ordinary person. When he said that, it suddenly occurred to him that several other stars wanted to invite him to dinner a few years ago.

A lot of people saw the scene, they were scared, but only Lin Yuan stood in the alley, even with a faint smile on his face.

Lin Yuan solved the problem. He knew that they were not sent by the eldest son of the Zhao family.

Gu Qingxia gave a low cough and then she rushed into the alley like a cheetah and saw that some guy fell on the ground and screamed, holding his hands. Even his emotions changed immediately.

"I thought you were quiet before. I didn't think that you were such a cruel villain." 

Lin Yuan stared at her. Was this girl ignorant?  He thought. Couldn't she see who was good and who was bad? The beaten men in the alley were not good at all. They carried sticks in their hands, and they were not victims.

"You're wrong, they want to kidnap me, can't I defend myself?"

Gu Qingxia slowly took a breath,

"Don't talk nonsense. Follow me."

Knowing that Lin Yuan was far beyond ordinary, Qingxia distanced a bit, took out her mobile phone and called the Department.

"I advise you not to run away, otherwise you'll be put on the wanted list."

Lin Yuan had no choice but to smile and raise his hands without fear. She called the police about the trouble. It had to be solved fast, otherwise, it would delay him from going to the concert with his wife this evening.

"You can rest assured, I don't want to do it, but you better hurry up, I will go out with my wife tonight."

Lin Yuan said with a smile without worries, but that was a more dangerous signal to Bai Shuang. 

He broke many people's legs, but he didn't think they were sent by an evil man.

Soon Gu Qingxia's colleagues drove over in a car and saw the wounded hitters with a Schick on their faces.

"Elder sister, these people are not thugs nor threats, these are from Wangcai demolition company!"
