Since my first day at university was fast approaching, so was the wedding date that my father and Fred had put into place.

My father was in tears when he saw me in my wedding dress, which Fred made sure was custom-made by a designer from abroad.

Everything from the hairs on my head to the amount of makeup on my face was perfection itself.

Meanwhile, I had a growing lump inside of my stomach.

I'm marrying a lunatic, and here my father is crying his eyes out because I look beautiful in a lily white wedding gown.

Show some backbone for your daughter, for goodness sake!

But when I looked at myself in the mirror, I felt so good about myself. I never thought that I could look this beautiful.

I'm glad that I insisted on a wedding ceremony...

Is she ready? Oh my...

My father-in-law gasped when he saw me and put out his hands, helping me down from the small pedestal.

Although I've never seen a picture of his son, I've heard stories.

I opened up the glass doors and took a walk outside, in the gardens outside.

The venue that my Father had rented out was a private residence with an elegant contemporary aura.

It would have been the perfect place to marry someone. Anyone but the head of the Castell family.

I'm lost... I want to run away, but my legs won't let me.

They have me anchored to this place, this duty.

I feel obligated to do this, for my father.

What is he hiding from me?

The bells from gnr large clock tower rang and I knew what time it was.

It was time to marry the monster.
