Making new friends

She never called me by my name, she always calls me Shitty Head or Chris I smiled because I don't know why but I like when she calls me..."Hey Shitty Head lets go" she said. "Coming" I replied and went out of the car. I went towards the trunk to take my luggage as expected she didn't help me. While I was collecting my luggage she came a stood beside me "Are you done?" she asked "Almost" I replied "Tsk!" she made a sound and rolled her eyes. After few minutes "Done! lets go" I said, she locked her car and we left the parking lot. Soon we reach at the main gate of University.

Wow! It's so beautiful because of snow. First snow of this year I should be spending time with someone special and here I am with this jerk. I was holding 4 bags, it is too heavy I am not able to walk properly and she was walking so fast. " Hey Gwen?" I called her, she turn around "What?" She said. "My luggage is too heavy can't you help me?" I asked her. "Why should I?" she questioned me instead of answering. Seriously!! I hate this girl. She turned around and start walking. "Because you are my friend!!" I replied her and she stopped walking. After few seconds she turned around staring at me. My heart started throbbing vigorously as she started walking towards me without breaking eye contact. She stopped right in front of me. Hehe..she came to carry my luggage. What's your dorm number?" She asked. "It's 009" I replied and she left without saying anything. I sign "Hey wait for me!" I shout and start walking fast to catch her up. I should not get my hopes higher because she is jerk, she was bad before but now she is worst. She stopped because the road parted in two ways. "At the left there is way towards University Building and at right Dorm Building" she said. "Okay" I replied. Then she started walking towards right and I followed her. Few seconds later she tripped and fell down "Hey Gwen!" I said in loud voice. I kept my bags on ground and quickly went towards her. I lean down to check her, she got bruises on her knees. "Gwen! You okay?" I said by looking at her. "Yeah I am fine" She replied. "You got bruises on your knees! Its winter you will get hurt more due to cold" I said worriedly by looking at her bruises. "I am fine Shitty head" she said while looking at me. "Lets go" She said while standing and I was still sitting on ground. "Do you want help to stand up?" She said while looking at me. What? the one who fell down was her not me and look how the table turned. "Jerk!" I said while glaring at her, she smirk and started walking. I stood up and took my luggage quickly "Hey Gwen wait for me!" I shouted but as expected she didn't stop. I start waking to catch her up. I am such a fool how can I forget that she is a jerk, but she got bruises on her knees...What! I am worrying about her Tsk! she is fine on her own I should be worrying about myself. Will I able to make friends? She is going to be with me as long as I am in this university. Does she have any friends? Because of her I wont be able to make friends, she will bully me everyday. I should be careful. So many thoughts were jumbling in my head. Soon she stopped and I was standing beside her "At left there is girls dorm and at right there is boys dorm" she said "Okay" I replied. I'll be alone now because she can't enter boys dorm. I have to find my dorm room. She started walking towards right, Huh! She is going at boys dorm. "Gwen you are going towards boys dorm" I said. "I know" She replied. While we were walking "How can you enter at boys dorm?." I asked her. "Everything is allowed here" She replied and started walking, I followed her.

     Soon we reached at my dorm room and Gwen entered the room without knocking. I was surprised but I followed her without saying anything. I entered my dorm room. There was 3 boys and 2 girls already present in my dorm room. This is boys dorm but girls are present here.

When we entered room everyone is looking at us "Chris, that guy over there is your dorm partner" She said by pointing a guy who was lying on left bed. "O-Okay" I replied her. Everyone looked at me maybe they are waiting for me to introduce myself from where should I start, should I say my name? Or From where I came? Or what's my major? So many thoughts were jumbling in my head I started panicking I don't know what to say. Everyone was looking at me. Suddenly Gwen hold my hand and everyone was staring at us "Breathe in.. Breathe out.. " she said and I followed her. After few seconds "Now introduce yourself" She said while looking at me, I sigh and gave nod to her. "Hello everyone I am Christopher Bay. I am an English major student. You can call me Christoph. I hope we can be good friends" I said while looking at everyone. A boy who was lying on the left bed came towards me "My name is Justin Wood and I am your dorm mate" He smiled and we both shake our hands. "Hi Christoph! I am Blair O'Connor" A girl sitting on couch said to me with a smile and I smiled to her back. "Hi I am Zen Turner" A boy sitting on floor said with a smile. "Hi I am Amy Lynch nice to meet you Christoph" A girl sitting on other bed said with a smile. "Hey Zen?" Gwen said while looking at a Zen "Hmm?" he replied "Take a good care of him make sure no one bullies him" Gwen said "Okay" Zen replied. "Keep your luggage there you can organize it later" Gwen said while pointing at the right side. I kept my luggage near bed. "Before I'll come here again except Justin no one should be here" Gwen said by looking at everyone. "Lets go Chris" she said while looking at me "Where?" I asked her, "I'll show you wash room area" She replied "O-Okay" I said to her. I took a small medical kit with me and we both leave the dorm. "If you will go towards right you will see the stairs, it will leads towards upper floor" she said while pointing at right. "Okay" I replied and she started walking towards left, I followed her. We reached at washroom and enters it.

So, here is men's washroom at left you can wash up yourself and at right there is locker area you can keep you things in you locker." she said "Okay" I replied. "Remove your stockings I will put medicine to your bruises" I said. "There is no need for that. I am fine" she said. "Let me treat your bruises or it will hurt you later" I said and bend downwards. "Okay" she replied and removed her stockings. I applied medicine on her bruises "Take care of yourself Gwen..." I said but she didn't replied anything to me. Soon we left the washroom and went in the dorm room, everyone left and only Justin was in the dorm. It seems like he organized everything "Hey Christoph, this bed is yours" he pointed at the right side bed and sat on the couch. "Okay thank you" I said and smiled at him he also smiled at me. "Chris give me you mobile phone" Gwen said to me. Without thinking twice I gave her my phone "But why?" I asked her. "To exchange numbers." she replied and I nodded to her and started organizing my things. After a while "Chris?" she called me "Huh?" I replied and she handed me my mobile phone. "Tomorrow at 10am we have Fiction class be ready I'll come to pick you" she said "Okay" I replied. "So, I'll leave now take rest" she said and about to leave the room. "Gwen?" Justin called her and she turned around "What?" she said. "You are going at your dorm room?" Justin asked her "No" Gwen replied. Justin sigh "Okay...bye take care" Justin said while looking at her "Yeah bye" she replied and leave the dorm. I started to organise my things, She isn't going to her dorm room then where is she going? Does Justin know where is she going? Are they close?so many questions popped in my mind. "You are tired?" Justin asked me while lying on his bed. "Yeah a little" I replied. "I am gonna sleep now you should also sleep" he said to me and cover himself with blanket. "Its cold" Justin said and smiled at me. "Yeah.." I replied and smiled at him. After a while I took a shower and I lie down on my bed. I didn't expect that I will make friend as soon as I will enter the university, thanks to you Gwen. I closed my eyes New friends...Justin Wood, Zen Turner, Blair O'Conner and Amy Warner no no Amy Lynch I made 4 friends today. I smiled but I wonder why Gwen held my hand and said breathe in breathe out does she know about my social anxiety? I will ask her tomorrow...What Gwen is doing now? Is she sleeping? I look at the time Oh! its 2:35 I look at Justin he is sleeping I should also sleep. I have to get up early...
