James : Mr Karl , I want you to find out about this girl. Her background , family , past.....I need each and every information about her.

Mr Karl : Yes sir.

James : Any update on Jonah ?

Mr Karl : He went to a bar last night with a girl and he spent the night in a hotel.

James : Mr Karl , you may leave now. ( to himself ) When will he grow up............

Jonah ( entering his cabin and interrupting him ) : Spying on me again ? Seriously bro ? You are too much. Even mom doesn't interfere like you do.

James ( pats his head ) : What to do ? I have such a careless and irresponsible brother who doesn't care about rumours and not even the company.

Jonah ( dramatically ) : I love to live the carefree life. I don't want to be the Vice President of the company. It is so boring. By the way , mom and dad are coming back.

James : I know that.

Jonah ( sighs ) : I thought I was the first one to know about it.

Miss Miranda : May I came in sir ?

James : Yes. Come in.

Jonah ( flirting ) : Miss Miranda , do you know you look beautiful today ?

James ( with raised eyebrows ) : Nothing can be done about you Jonah. You will never learn your lesson.

Jonah ( flicks his hair ) : Thanks for the compliment.

Miss Miranda ( suddenly ) : Oh...I almost forgot. I have messaged that girl for the job interview. Her name is Lucy Smith.

Jonah ( curiously ) : What girl ? Is she beautiful ?

James and Miss Miranda roll their eyes at Jonah at the same time.

James : Do one thing , Miss Miranda. Directly give her a job in the company.

Miss Miranda : Okay sir.

Mr Karl : May I come in , sir ?

James : Yes.

Mr Karl : Sir , from the sources I came to know that Lucy's father is not her biological father. He had adopted her when she was very young but the most mysterious thing is that there is no trace of her past. I tried hard but still I couldn't get a hold on anything valuable.

James : Okay. Mr Karl and Miss Miranda , you may go now.

Jonah ( confused ) : Can anyone tell me what is happening here ? Who is Lucy ?

James ( jokingly ) : She is a girl of course.

Jonah ( impatiently ) : I know that bro , but who is she ? Why do want to know about her and why you are even giving her a job without any interview ?

James : None of your business. Now go. I have work to do.

He pushes Jonah out of the room.

Jonah ( in mind ) : Looks like you are hiding something from me. No matter what , I will still find the truth. Why you giving so much importance to a girl ? ( smiles ) Looks like she is special to you.

Jonah is going home. On the way his car breaks down.

Jonah ( frustrated ) : Oh no !!!!! Why now ???!!! What to I do now ?

He searches for his phone.

Jonah ( angrily ) : Damn...the phone is dead too. It must have run out of battery.

He gets out of his car. He sees a girl staring at the sky. Tears escape from her eyes as she looks at the stars.

Jonah ( in mind ) : Why is she crying ?
